Is this for real(Aggressive Refrain)
I've heard tell they wanna do a minus 10 armor somesuch on this skill.
All i have to say is:
Did anet make a proffession whose only function was to be their bitch?
if ar is nerfed, it would be a sad, sad day for gw.

yeah, because a permanent 25% IAS that can be used to pump out sword-level DPS from range AND be used to fuel GftE for more energy gain isn't imba at all. besides, -10 armor would totally wreck the whole 96 AL tank thing they have going on.

i guess. i still have problems.
25 e and interruptable+you need anthem of flame to keep it up before battle.
i dont know. you certainly changed my opinion quite a bit though.

The problem is that Paragons are extremely broken. There's nothing that can really be done to them without destroying them in some way, but unless changes are done, they're imbalanced to a certain extent. One skill can shut them down yes, but out of the 64 slots, chances are I'm not going to spend one or more of them on it. (Vocal Minority)

Aggressive Refrain is a constant IAS once it's up. Constant IAS on a ranged character with warrior-esque DPS is not a good thing.
IMO, -10 AL isn't enough. It needs to be -24.

No but seriously, that would be a great idea. It would still be used as paras would still have an abnormally high AL, and still allows them to be the dps machine they are.
That addition to the skill will still make it overpowered, but at least they realize that somethings broken with the skill.

Awww, it didn't close. But anyways, when the only requisite to keeping up a free, powerful, ranged, drawback-less IAS is doing something that the paragon is designed to do either way, it gets kind of retarded. It's like if warrior's got a free IAS that to keep up they have to attack or use an adrenal skill in the time alloted, except paragons can ever keep it up outside of battle easily.
And also, it's on a class with warrior-level armor (more if you take the right insignias + shield + watch yourself) in the midline.
Personally, I think that they should nerf this to at least -20 all the time or -30 while attacking.

'while' attacking is simply dumb. you just stop attacking when you really need it and the "nerf" doesn't do anything.

ANY anti melee (except ward vs melee) works, so it's not only vocal. vocal is horrible already and doesn't do anything against their damage, rly.

Well you can move left and right or just move out the way of spears to dodge them .
Even if AR deos get the minus 10 while attacking i hope Izzy L2P and buff some of the crap paragons have.

Anti-physical doesn't work, because as soon as you're paying attention to the Paragons, their warriors have already killed your monks.
