People need to stop giving Andrew a hard time. Honestly, I think he does care. However, there is only so much he can do (relaying information). Even Izzy doesn't have as much complete power as we'd like someone in that position to have. The fact is, the PvP population that cares is small, so their income comes and will come from PvErs. They have to strike a balance to not piss off the PvE side too much while dealing with PvP skill balance. There are also many business and logistics problems that we don't even know about.

I don't want to seem like I'm QQing because I'm in a low-ranked guild, but here goes.

What they need to do for GvG is balance the matches, I'm sick of seeing "Xx Ascalon Demon Hunters From Brazil That Enjoy Cheese Xx(or "Insert Random PvE Guild Here") (Rank:N/A Rating: 924)" vs. "Doms Soldiers (Rank: 71 Rating: 1271)" or other crap like that. How much effort would it take to balance the matches out so it's at least relatively even? When I press 'b', all I see ever is top 100 guilds facing guilds that are like, r800 or so.

Because there's only a few # of guilds playing at any given time outside of peak euro and american times.

Yes, if they invent a time machine for people to make proper matches, that will work.

Removing the dead guilds from ladder would solve this for some point but not totally, and it can't be fixed so you would face like only 25 rating from your rating or something. Because if they do this, the top teams will wait even longer times for matches, and lower teams would be also waiting for a long time.

Still those matches wouldnt be same skill vs. same skill

Removing guilds only affects rankings, rank has nothing to do with GvG matchups. It's something like for 1 or 2 minutes while searching for a worthy opponent, you can only be matched up within 200 rating. After that anything goes.
