So sway gotta come out to the river to lay spirits while balanced lay back in the cubby hole camping wards with free healing from nearby priest and raining AoE on sway before spirits can get set up in a decent range. That map favors balanced builds too much.
And to make it worst the RaO thumpers gotta cross that river in slow motion all snared up taking huge damage along the way. That map really needs to be fixed alright.
Edit:
@Andrew, btw why the heck my pet too dumb to move out of AOE? Please have Anet fix this. Thanks.

did u played that map ever?
spirits can stay in the back and they reach just off the end of the river from the other group side.
that map is to big??? where are u living? the maps that help aoe are maps that contain bottle necks. there is no bottle neck over there. just huge open space. if you rush a team trough the river and u end up on wards that your problem. 90% the teams we face over there that run sway just camp the priest.
don't even try to qq... you are saying its bad map cuz sprits cant reach all the way to our side??? lol here i am qq because they reach 3/4 off the maps. whice is F#$%%$ stupid.
how can you rain Aoe as u put in if nr/qz/trnq are all in the back of the priest??? u have to overextend in order to kill those while u run trough traps. gg.
why does your pet dpnt run out of Aoe??? isn't that enough that your pet is doing an avg. dmg output like a sword warrior w/e any skills... ffs leave me alone.
and don't even start about snares. the only reason ppl have wards and water ele is because people like ou run sway and even a 3 monk backline cant stand being dazed from traps, getting kd, and have 3 Rao that does nothing beside spam Rao and sit on the backline.
so your maybe a.net should buff sway more for you because it seems that even with all the overpower imba build pepole still want to win more w/o doing anything.
here:
Death Spike: skill, kill all foes in 1 sec. will that make you happy???!
helios.

Unnatural signet? Use it?
I run wards and snares regardless of if sway was around. It's useful for relic runs too, and other stuff. I understand that sway is lame but you go about it all the wrong way. And you sound bad =D.
Your monks should have a 70 +/- a bit, energy pool, you should be able to push in at the start, get rid of the spirits and later disable the team.

Generally, todays balanced arent so much balanced, as they are an overload of multiple offensive types with few off monk defenses
