The new condition heavy team-build
This team build utilizes lots and lots of conditions to ruin the enemy team. Tell me what you think, but please, no flames....
Assassin (A/W)
Split attributes evenly between Shadow Arts, Crit Strikes, Dagger Mastery, and Deadly Arts.
[skill]Flurry[/skill][skill]Black Mantis Thrust[/skill][skill]Temple Strike[/skill][skill]Twisting Fangs[/skill][skill]Critical Defenses[/skill][skill]Feigned Neutrality[/skill][skill]Scorpion Wire[/skill] and rez.
Try to target clumps of foes. Most TA teams won't do this, but try anyway. Use Scorpion Wire on anyone running away. Once your combo is done on one person though, you needn't use it...
Make sure you keep on a caster to make sure he/she doesn't cast again, after you daze them.
Mesmer (Me/Any)
Split attributes evenly between Fast Casting, Inspiration, Domination, and Illusion.
[skill]Epidemic[/skill][skill]Diversion[/skill][skill]Shatter Enchantment[/skill][skill]Phantom Pain[/skill][skill]Shatter Delusions[/skill][skill]Ether Feast[/skill][skill]Energy Drain[/skill]
and rez.
As soon as the Necro and Assassin finsih their thing, use Epidemic to spread all those conditions. Phantom Pain is used before the Assassin's combo to give him the cripple on Black Mantis Thrust. Use Shatter Delusions immediately afterwards for a deep wound.
Necromancer (N/any)
Split attributes evenly in Curses, Blood, Death, and Soul Reaping.
[skill]Virulence[/skill][skill]Reckless Haste[/skill][skill]Defile Defenses[/skill][skill]Signet of Lost Souls[/skill][skill]Rip Enchantment[/skill][skill]Price of Failure[/skill][skill]Blood Renewal[/skill] and rez.
Use Virulence as soon as you see that brown arrow. Cast other spells as necessary.
Monk (Mo/Me)
Split attributes evenly between Protection, Healing, Inspiration, and Divine Favor.
[skill]Restore Condition[/skill][skill]Reversal of Fortune[/skill][skill]Shield of Absorption[/skill][skill]Protective Spirit[/skill][skill]Mending Touch[/skill][skill]Holy Veil[/skill][skill]Gift of Health[/skill][skill]Channeling[/skill]
Um.... bleh. Monk.
So basically the Assassin and Necromancer make those conditions while the Mesmer spreads them. Mesmer and Necromancer do those other things to screw up melee and/or casters. Assassin kills things. Monk keeps red bars up.
Comment?

Absolute crap. The assassin bar is horrible, the mesmer bar is total shit, the necromancer doesn't do anything useful, and the monk won't even be able to keep himself alive. Epidemic doesn't do anything after maybe the first use, flurry is horrible, the assassin doesn't actually do any damage, the necromancer won't be able to make anything stick, and RC, channeling, and prot spirit are total crap in TA.
Oh, and daze is pretty much owned by an off-monk draw/purge/mend touch.

You sync with this in RA?
Split attribute evenly between:
Curses, Blood, Death, and Soul Reaping.
Shadow Arts, Crit Strikes, Dagger Mastery, and Deadly Arts
Curses, Blood, Death, and Soul Reaping
Protection, Healing, Inspiration, and Divine Favor.
Did you forget to mention all sup runes? You must be fking kidding me.
And as some1 has stated above me.... SHIT. You don't even seem to have tested the build.

It's really good! Lower dagger master for deadly arts, curses for death, protection for healing, and domination for unlinked so that epidemic will be really good!

Flurry can only be good on a sin bar that uses pressure IE moebius blossom. ( keep in mind panda that it only effects base damage. Its more like 7% less damage, not 25% )
Overall failures:
Scorpion wire: this skill is only good for fun, and you dont even have anything that really takes advantage of the knockdown. I cant see any reason to bring it in a temple strike build over siphon speed or even dark prison, this would also let you bring something other then black mantis...which is really the wosrt snare sins have IMO.
Epidemic is bad in TA/RA. Good teams rarely ever mob together. More then half the time, it will waste barspace.
Energy drain is a mega fail as an elite. The energy loss from it is ignorable since it takes too long to charge, and a good mesmer will get a lot more gain from just power drain. Since your builds main theme is on conditions, maybe ineptitude ?
The necro bar is the only thing somewhat decent. Minus the blood renewal ( fail ) and maybe draw conditions in its place.
Monk build has no block. GG. Also, RC is not that good in TA/RA either, as not every team relies on enough conditions to make it viable. Too rock-paper-scissory for TA, and in TA you want to be able to win consecutively, not just when you go up against a team with rock when you play paper.

Granted. I was more stating that flurry is horrible in general, it's one of those skills that can only be decent on a certain bar. For any general warrior/sin, you don't want it. And it's horrible on that bar especially.

indeed it does....being a bar that can barely kill anything without a damage reduction on it.

attributes or this is going down within 24 hours.
Edit:
you lacked to supply the needed attributes in time -- results in a closure.

Split evenly, of course. But yeah, not even the right attributes will save this build...

This build doesn't look condition heavy at all. All of the skills that cause conditions are on long recharges. Also, the build lacks poison which is the backbone of any condition build in any PvP format. Historically, 95%+ of TA condition builds have at least one ranger and oftentimes two.
