Default Lod Nerfed

As of Nov 8th the new skill update are in, and the biggest change was to the widly used spell lod. Now the skill takes 2 seconds to cast, and has reduced healing. 5-70 hp. The skill was also changed to effect everyone regardless of the 75pc or less.

The question is did this nerf destroy lod? Or is it still runnable if not the preferred choice for a monk.

The way i see it the 2 second cast makes it much easyer for inturupts, and the lowered heals make it less notable, however it is still a cheap way to maintain party wide heals.

Side note the skill healers boon was completly redone, and now is an enchantment that lasts for 45 seconds and makes all your healing spells heal for 50pc more, and cast twice as fast. Im currently testing it with heal party(also tweaked during skill changes to increase the healing power) with gole it is pretty easy to spam a few heal parties for sizeable party wide heals.

Anyways im just getting into the whole gvg thing so i figure id get more experienced peoples opinions.

No it not destroyed. They removed the 75% from it. So you can now use many times as you want to keep players healed but it does take 2 sec to cast which will hurt it alot against Spikes.

ummm idk realy i think ppl will start using WoH more thats wat started using in gvg idk about HA. idk it it completly destroyed it or not.

Yea they destroyed this one for GvG. It is no longer an elite IMO. I think it will be rolled back but, we'll have to wait and see. As for WoH getting play in GvG, probably not since infuse is needed for spikes. LoD was used for degen/AoE management and will have to be replaced somehow and HB+HP is the most logical. Also the old school e-prodigy blind-bot with HP may return.
