Horns of the Ox change is pretty misguided. If there was a dual that required any positional awareness it was this one. Why not rape blades of steel? The other changes are all fine.

Assassin damage nerf's are always FTW in my book.
No more soul reaping from spirit's, Woot! Now maybe we can get rid of all these N/Rt's and N/Mo's putting monks and rit's back in the healer positions. I would still like to see soul reaping benifit the MM only but I'll take this change happily.
I must say, two skill balances in one week, if Anet keeps this up I will be forced to bite my tongue.

Overall, it was a good update to get rid of sineptitude and thumpway. I would've liked to see blades changed instead of the two ox skills, mainly because the ox skills have usefulness outside of the gimmicks, whereas blades doesn't.
The WoH nerf was expected, but I would've liked to see an update in the near future that addresses party healing.
Barrage getting buffed is good I guess?

Probably to quiet down all those PvE rangers who wanted Izzy's head on a stick for nerfing splinter/barrage build.
Does he want magebane shot to be run in GvG? I mean it's not a bad elite right now with the new changes, but in order for people to be willing to give up cripshot or BA, the non-elite alternatives to cripshot and BA may need to be buffed a little bit.

Seems like a good update. I agree with holymasamune that BoS deserved a damage nerf more than Horns of the Ox did, and I'd still like to see the 1/2 activation time buff on Jungle Strike reverted or the conditional damage reduced. Warmonger's Weapon, Deadly Paradox and Recall are still missing from the list as well

Nah I Would Run Magebane in HA instead of a Choking Gas Ranger......
...
..
Wait Nobody runs CG Rangers Anymore!!!.
I like Sins nerfs, but like Divine sais: better blades than both ox skills
Ineptitude ...better increase Clumsines recharge
Soul Reaping + EW again + Pets = Great!!!! Nice Job ..no more spiritway
WoH was expected but is still good

A 5e 5r unblockable d-shot just might see some play. Since it's impossible to make Blind stick on Rangers anyway, this skill might prove to be pretty strong now.

I like this update and hopefully it'll let the LoD nerf settle.

I think it's already addressed. All the party's healing can no longer be done by the two monks. This makes for a more complex game. More things can go wrong with your backline, and you have more options to disrupt it. And e-denial got a collateral buff because there's no more 5-energy Heal Party.

this was a good update overall, at least ended with spirtiway and the nerfed a little the 2me, 2sin split.

No, it doesn't make for a more complex game where your 2 Monks can't keep up and die. It makes for a game where you run 3 Monks.

SP sin nerf is a good thing. unfortunately, that now makes the DA spammer sin the biggest bully in the yard. a possible nerf to DA sins is probably in order. however, i don't think the pve/narutards can take it without their head exploding.
magebane shot is now FTW. a dshot that can go right through all blocking, and disables spells, and all that for a 5 second recharge? yes please.

Please nerf Blades of Steel a PURE gimmick skill instead of Horns of the Ox and Trampling Ox which can be used to create pressure and have have some utility in the form of a KD.

Which is kinda funny, because one of Izzy's quoted goals for the balance before this one was to move away from a 3 monk backline.

Magebane - way too good. The 5 second recharge coupled with the fact that it's unblockable is what makes it problematic. Ranger interupts are meant to be balanced around the fact that they can be blocked.
