Need some feedback on this build please
I was thinking about trying this due to the skill balance and was wondering what people thought.

If needed to split go 5/3 with a warrior, sin, and the word monk as the three. The runner for the build can change between the monks and ther derv dependent upon the type of build that you are facing. Thanks for taking the time to look at this. You are using way too many runes. I can't really tell what your team build is...regardless, it lacks utility. Don't run blight. HB is pretty bad, unless used it certain builds (like a 3-monk backline). Go A/E for Conjure. Never run more then 3 frontliners (unless running a very special build). I would suggest either going all sin, or 3 Warrior's similar to the RIP build.
