Song of concentration
For 10 seconds, the next skill used by each ally within earshot cannot be interrupted.
This skill in HA is just broken when used on the ghostly hero, the only counter to it is PD.
it should be changed to
For 10 seconds, the next skill used by each party member within earshot cannot be interrupted.

This skill alone has made PD the most important elite in HA balanced groups. It is broken as it can be used by anyone. It should be part of leadership track 1-10 secs depending on attribute.

If song of conc is nerfed, then people will begin yelling for a PD nerf. either that or king of the hill will be much easier for the people already holding.

if song of concentration is nerfed to affect only party members then all the other interupts will see more play in HA hence you don't need a PD nerf.
MOST teams already holding have a PD and having a PD means SOC is useless.

This was an old debate topic. It's one of the skills that only has one use: for altar capping. Seriously, not one's gonna build up 8 adren and waste 2 seconds using a bad skill just so each party member's next skill can't be interrupted. It just makes it so that opposing mesmers/rangers/eles have to be more alert and interrupt that skill in a clusterball, or hope they'll be able to KD the ghostly after it goes up (assuming no stability).
While making it scale something like 0..1 skills based on attribute may work, enough teams take a paragon that it won't really hinder them.
