Black Spider: good, no more comments needed.
Dark Prison: why buff this and nerf Shadow Prison at the same time? people will just go with this and have a new, better elite with the same result.

Archane Echo: no comment really.
CoF: leet; might be a bit imba under MoR for PvE though. =P

no real comment on any war changes.
rangers changes are pathetic; Punishing shot is imba however.
no stand out changes for Derv, just a really really really powerful rending touch now.
all rit changes:
you don't know how much i love you now anet.
Recovery: fixed a bug that caused the effect to persist even after the Spirit had died.
there's also a range bug.

Thx for getting rid of rit spike...(I hate going up against that) soo cheap. Also I was thinking of for the rit spiking maybe you could change the way channeling works so u dont have to have add exhaustion.
...Is it possible to fix touch rangers? Maybe chage the way the touch skills work?

exhaustion most amusing, also aegis earshot was brilliant and expose needed that.
drain enchant 2 sec cast -.- yes lets up the cost and make it interuptable what a great source of energy management.. im fine if you increase its cost and gain cause with fast casting a mesmer can use this skill without fear of interupts while nonmesmers just cant take the chance BUT increasing cast time to 2 secs just makes it a liability not an asset.
SoF i know its annoying in a hex build but come on lol 15 energy 20 sec recharge for a 25% chance to miss, i only use this in PvE for emanagement but yeh its dead to me now - nerf all the necro hexes ofc but dont go raping the mesmer ones too (remember if it isnt good enough to be a curse dump it on the mesmer)
as for the rest you may have overbuffed rodgorts a little lol oh and some of those ranger elite spirits were safer to never be used 15 sec recharge is somewhat dangerous

STOP KILLING Spirit of Failure! You barely goy any energy back and now costs 15 ?! Holy crap man, its 3 second cast and a non-spamable skill!
At least increase the damn energy gained back to normal?
You dont know how hard it is to stop and cast it, its not like diversion that DISABLES a skill.
Its just a "ok, i could be getting some energy with that"

Eh, 100% adrenaline gain for For Great Justice?!? They want Fear Me to spam twice as often now? Ack! With Rend's recharge halved, the Steady Stance W/D gets even more powerful. I guess the SS/FM is 2007's touch ranger. It's a "creative" build so Anet won't touch it. Ugh.
Glad they finally did something good with Crude Swing. Now its drawback isn’t so bad for PVP and is manageable in PVE too.
As was said, I never expected exhaustion to be the answer to rit spike. But hey, whatever it takes.

blessed light: reduce energy to 5. keep the 5s recharge. change functionality to: remove 1 hex, 1 condition, and heal for x. if you remove a hex, you lose 5 energy.
trust me, this is about the only way to make it usable. i'll spam it as often as i need to get it changed.

Agreed 100%. Although the first thing that came to mind for me was Enduring Harmony + "For Great Justice" + Backbreaker.
Some changes look good, others look bad and some were untouched. I guess we shall see.

We payed alot of money for their game, at least some respect back would be nice... 99,99999% of the complaints were NOT about Relic Run Anet, they where about CAPTURE POINTS in HoH, Geez, can u be more lazy?
Thumperway is overwhelming HA atm, and what do we see, not a SINGLE nerf... THIS IS RIDICILOUS...

Better update when I epected, pretty good joob, no one expected exhaustion on rit but I d/c what you do as long as I never go up against a team of 5-8 rits again.
Aegis nerf good, I really think you should take DAnthem as well, passive defense and its unremovable.
Things that were over-buffed or shouldnt have been buffed: rending touch, dark prison, rodgorts, GFJ, arcane echo, punishing shot
Most dissapointing things are no nerfs to: Steady stance/FM (i dont understand), A of freakin melandru, SOD (WTF), SoR (needs better nerf), Divert Hexes, nerf tainted/death nova and hexes on Heroes, Soldiers Defense (overpowered in para spike), Ward Against Melee/Foes, some water hexes, and some others.
Should have been more changes to paragon, nerf their armor to 70, nerf DA, and Agressive Refrain (remove the 'this echo is re-applied whenever a shout or chant ends' part) -MAke it so you can NOT have more than 3 or 4 shouts or chants on you at a time. Think of real life, how can you pay attention to 5 people shouting many different things at once.
Last thing, just remove NR and Tranq from the game, seriously...

I'm trying to understand why SP Sin didn't die yet... I play as assa, but that build is too much overpowered... And the only thing that happens is that Anet wants to change the SP sin build elite to a no-elite hex? Well, let's see which elite use to kill faster than nowadays (if this is possible).
I want all those FAKE assassins dissapear from PvP. Thanks.

I'm a little worried about the new Rodgort's Invocation, though it requires you to run a fire guy. Maybe not.
The new Aegis is...a lot different. I'll have to play with it a bit to see if it's any good.

Fear Me should be nerfed. 4 adrenaline is too spammable.
And I don't think recharge is the problem of BLight at all. It is because it can't be used specifically, you still need another condition and hex remove. Maybe reduce its cost to 5e and reduce amount of healing a bit.
