We're now doing 3THPK group synch its deadly.
I never lost doing that, and we often win 500 to less than 30
and its awesome on vent

90% of the time guild/alliance/friend groups. The rest is pugging, if I'm all alone. If you don't invite the first person that comes along, PuGs can be quite good though.

Both. I usually choose selectively and lead my teammates as a team when I go pug, so they understand my standards.
