A bunch of those suggestions are sad.
Deadly haste 1, is 1 of THE worsts.
Giving Sin's there own IAS, in Critical Strikes, The attribute of choice for all dagger sins? So its easy to take?
The only 1 I remotely liked was Wastrel's Collapse.

The only IAS acceptable for assasins should be in the form of double strikes, which is why I believe that Locust Fury should not be an elite but has a side of effect of unable to gain adre.

I was saying how giving an assassin an IAS for there skills is bad for the game
that ohaider thing was saying how Deadly haste should be an IAS
Deadly haste is an assassin skill which means not only would they not need to take /W secondary, but they'd have there own IAS in critical strikes, the attribute they use an ass load (Which is insane).
Ya locust should be the only IAS they can have in pvp...making it non elite might cause new things tho.
If its not elite, no real reason not to run it Increasing your DPS, Easily maintained theres probably room for exploitation there.

As for Deadly Paradox in it's current form, well have a look at Serpent's Quickness and figure out a DA/Wilderness build if you're desperate for 33% faster recharge. Plus you get natty stride and troll, which can't be all bad... Aaaaaaaanyway, how about changing Deadly Paradox to 33% faster activation time so that Anet can balance all the DA recharge times without worrying about DP messing it up? Btw, DP only affects assassin skills so it's not like you'd see Sig of Judgement come out really fast or anything, just the daggers/asp/toxshock

Put all lead and off-hand recharges somewhere in between 1 and 6 seconds.
Deadly parado
All your Deadly and Shadow arts Enchantments and hexes recharge 50% faster and cost 50% less energy. All your spells cost 50% more energy (not those affected by the 1st effect)
Doesnt work on Signets or Dancing Daggers or entangling asp.
Enables more use of shadow and deadly arts.

Your assassin Hexes and enchantments activate and recharge 50% faster

Ok, so the main thing here is you can't shadow step, immidiately activate an IAS stance and instagib something. As a knock-on effect, Shadow Walk can't be cancelled for 5s but I don't see a big problem with that. If you want to use IAS (Dervishes with Heart of Fury excepted), you will have to run up to the target like a conventional warrior would and then at least there is the opportunity for the opponent to kite. And if the target doesn't kite? Well they deserve all they get
Skills like Siphon Speed are there to help assassins close on a target quickly. You can fake targets too, it's not like you have to signal your intent - you can defensively snare one enemy while going for another, it's not like there's no depth there, and it's not like SS is the only option.
The shadow step option is still there and it's still a powerful mechanic even without IAS when co-ordinated with a team. Shadow steps in a team build are cool (except Recall, which was always too good), it's this 1-man spike crap that's imba. Like others have said previously, it's not the attack skills so much as the use of shadow step + IAS that Anet needs to fix.
