Why ?
You just need to remove price tag from GH and guesting. So I wont need to play HA (or farm PVE) every time I want to change my GH, or invite a guest.

If you have unlocked everything, what do you need those those points for ?

I would like to be able to transfer points from one player to another.

btw - can anyone tell me what "UAX" stands for? i assume it means unlocked everything that the priest of balthazar has to offer and you need to get tourney tokens to be able to get more bfaction

UAX means you have everything unlocked from the priest yes.

You do however (Unlike alot of people think.) get faction even if you're full.

You can't spend the extra faction, but it adds up to your total Balth's Faction.

There's also still no in/decrease duration mods (inscriptions, weapon upgrades etc.) for cracked armor. Not that it'd be of any use.. but I guess it still needs to be added?

Probs just me but saying there's going to be something, but you just can't tell what, how, when etc. yet.. seems kinda pointless. No matter who it's coming from.

I have to say that I strongly disagree with turning Tournament tokens back into Balthazar faction, or into anything else. I don't turn all of my faction into Tournament tokens because I see absolutely no point in doing so, I tend to get them as I need them. By allowing people to turn them into something useful you put those who haven't pointlessly decided to collect thousands of them, and that just isn't fair.

I've been UAX'ed for a long long time and my total Faction goes up regardless of having it maxed. It may say +0 when I score a kill, but it gets put on my total anyway, so really there is no point to spend in Tournament tokens other than out of boredom.

Just went to RA to see if I do in fact get the faction added to my total for kills and victories, and I do. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it should be the same in higher level areas of Pvp.

Yes, I know that is the case. But the main thing is, you may as well spend your faction. But, people didn't buy tournament tokens because they wanted/needed thousands of tournament tokens they bought them because there was nothing else to do with it. Therefore, there should be a way for anet to repay people who basically had nothing to do with their faction for a long time in such a long lag period.

I don't think it's essential, but it would be a good thing for them to do.

Some people may have the atitude that they may as well spend their faction even if they get nothing out of it, but I don't think that they should be at an advantage later, because they did. If they do decide to refund all the Tournament tokens then those people who did spend their faction on tokens will essentially get free faction, whereas those who didn't want to take up inventory space with the pointless things don't.

If they did refund Tournament tokens, they'd have to refund all of the Faction everyone has gotten since hitting UAX in order to be fair, would they not?

Seems like a pointless thing to be having a discussion about now, but to be fair to those who haven't put their Faction into Tournament tokens (because there really was no need to), they should not refund the cost of the tokens.

Even better, call it "Demolishing." Then people will pay insane amounts of money for a cool-sounding name that has no real use (like 10/10 Sundering back in the day).

Back on topic, I'm sure it will be the chest that spawned in GToB. I still don't like the thought of trading faction for PVE items. But whatever.

Whilst that is true, to not offer something for the majority of players because some players won't benefit from it is hardly a good thing?

It's not like you couldn't use the faction, you just chose not to, but that shouldn't be justification for not helping some people.

In any case, I doubt they'll do it, and even so we don't even know what it is yet and if it's even worth it.

edit: 5k balths faction for a zaishen key to open the zaishen chest? Man I was really hoping for tourny reward points...

2nd edit: opened it 14 times, 6 creme brulee's, 3 firewaters, 2 lockpicks, and 3 high req garbage golds.
