I dont like the idea of buying guildhalls with faction, sigil prices would drop way too much.
Exchanging balth for RP's would also be pretty stupid, would certainly make reward points too easy to get hold of.

But aside from those 2 suggestions i dont see any other items which can be of use to PvP players.

Auras dammit.

You buy the flame aura, your character has a cool fire aura arround him.

Buy the dark aura, your character has some dark stuff...maybe tentacles/hands?
Afflicted aura, Soul explosions come off your character (none of these do damage)
Mursaat Aura= you look like a mursaat.

All just appearences but it be so sweet...

To add to what's been said: I would request being able to turn tournament tokens back into faction (if necessary, limited to the account that turned the faction into tokens in the first place, so they can't be sold or whatever). Most PvPers I know have (at least) a few stacks of 250 of the damn things now, 'cos it's been the only thing to sink faction into.

I wouldn't say no to black dye unlocks either, as long as they're accordingly priced (i.e., high faction req). PvErs can get them relatively cheap - PvPers can't get them at all. I wouldn't see anything wrong with adding that as an unlock (maybe for RPs, but I think the RP system is a failure atm, so I'll just hope it happens with faction).

And yes, guild hall and guest/guild invites need to be gold-free for PvP guilds. Cape costs could be similarly faction-based, but nobody really cares about that as much.

Why? So you cannot exploit all the poor gvgers anymore? As an HA player (which you clearly are, otherwise you wouldnt have made this comment) you don't need money anyway, so don't complain. It's ridiculous enough that a form like tombs or AB does give money, but the "ultimate form of pvp" is a huge moneysink (i mustve spent 200-300k on sigils and invites).

Use faction for a invitee or to invite a new member in to your guild.

I rly hate to pay 100 gold everyday for a quest invite for GVg or HA or something.

sounds great all ive done with my faction recently is turn it into tokens (i have 300 >.<) which is boring but i dont wanna waste it.

Yeah, hopefully they don't follow their general path of failing at implementing something. They still haven't fixed RPs to make them not suck, so if they screw this up in the beginning, it'll just stay that way...

Well heres what I have seen while reading this thread.

A. Don't bother making suggestins, they already have the idea in place.

B. It won't be faction for gold, ANET has always done everything possible to keep the economy somewhat balanced.

C. to answer all of you "Why hint to us an idea now, and not tell us then implement it later" people. Supply and Demand, They have now created a demand for a supply that is unreleased. (PS3, iPhone, ect, ect style) They are wanting/hoping that this tactic will increase play in all PvP formats, wich should happen. See post #34 by Boxterduke. Excellent tactic, well played Patrick/ANet.

D. I'm willing to bet Tourny token sales will be down for a while.

Thats just my 2 cents (or 4 since I have 4 bullets there.)

PS. if its a "minipet" of any kind I WILL smash many things, as I feel those have got to be the dumbest thing ever implemented into this or any other game in the entire know universe.
