Mesmer PvP Build
So im looking for a build for a Me for PvP..dont know much about mesmers, my goal with proph n factions is to build a char that can shut down pretty much any type of foe..warrior, ranger...monk..ele..it doesnt have to do damage..jus some type of protection.. (blindness for warriors n rangers??) Or maybe stripping enchats/spells so they cant do ne thing??? open to all suggestions as well for a secondary profession.. havent picked one yet..so hit me with everything you guys got
