Well, I was using it as a benchmark. My point is that 100 fame a day, and 100 fame a day for a thousand days straight are worlds apart. I could make 100 fame a day if I really wanted to (well, OK maybe not-- I'm probably not that great right now) but I definately wouldn't be able to do it every day for 2.7 years. Boasting aside, I don't really think any of us could do it either (and I fully expect someone to tell me they can). Remember that if you miss a day, you have to get 200 the next; and if you take a vacation or start classes or whatever else, you can pretty much kiss that average goodbye. No one holds all day anymore, and that kind of fame isn't as easy to come by as it used to be. You can still farm it reasonably fast, but it doesn't really start to pile up unless you're holding.
Besides, the game's been out for two years now, and there already aren't many among us who have had the patience to stick with tombs throughout the preceding 24 months. Considering that the closest people I can think of [Leeloof or Sama] are still probably only between 40-50% of the way to r15 I consider it unlikely. I don't know how close either is to r14, they're still both reeeeeeeeal far away from r15. At their present rates, we can expect a Dragon emote in 2009, or maybe late 2008 if they really gun it.
Who's going to be playing GW1 in 2009?

Who is going to play GW1 in 2009? ME! I am NOT looking forward to GW2 in any way. Mainly because of the increased level cap. I feel that its the low level cap that causes the game to require much more skill rather an how long you have been playing.
In addition. I feel that it is going to take much longer now to get r15 due to the return of 8v8 a while ago. I am aware that for the uber high ranked people that finding a group is not going to take any longer than with 6v6. but I feel that the slight difference in the amount of time it takes to complete a battle may add up. Just my opinion.

Yeah, I hear what you're saying about GW2. For me, the really annoying part is that we won't be able to port characters over. That alone more or less rules out any GW2 purchase on my part; at least at this point. I've put too much work into this account to just up and start from scratch.
Still, I've got my r9 and I'm running out of things to do in PvE. I'm not sure the game can stay interesting to me for another two years.

Definitely; if someone's got 1000+ hours of play from the three campaigns they're getting their money's worth.

I think you'll all buy GW2 even if now you're saying you won't. Stop with your protesting, ANet will make enough money with or without old GW players. Also, it would be idiotic if you coul transfer your rank to GW2, people go and buy Guild Wars 2 thinking it's a seperated game so it's a new start where everyone is equal (at first) and then they see chat with:"r15 LFG" or "LF rank13++". Yeah, whoever came with the idea of transferring accounts is a genius. By the way, there is like 2 more years 'till GW2, who knows what they will do with it.

We were the minority, we became majority after rest of the people realized it's a bad game style.

I once saw a rank12 in RA. It was pretty neat, the emote sucks imo, too small. I said to him "nice title" and he just responded ":/" heh.

p.s. I think it would be kool if rank 15 emote was every emote in the game side by side eachother. Basically when the rank 15 person /ranked it would look kinda like this only with animals in the middle
OOOO

Well, i found a way to get the title you were talking about, "JUST" max out your Hero/Gladiator/Commander/Kurzick/Luxon titles

You would have rank14 if you averaged about 82 fame a day. If my maths are correct. They're probably wrong, I just did a rough estimate I guess. Two years, times by how many days. So, 730 days. 60,000 divide by 730 = 82.
To your later question. I don't think I'd buy guildwars two...I just spent so much money, and I don't see that guildwars would be a good idea xD. It's a waste of time if you play it too much, I think. If I was going to game a lot again I think I'd spend it on a game I could get a lot of money from.

Hmm, I'll be 23 then XD. If I reach that age and am wasting my time on a game I get no money from, then I think I will really want to kill myself. . So I do hope you are wrong.
