YES gw does need some new things to attract new players + current ones. wintersday was a bust in my opinion..the hats sucked, theres still snow on the ground but no npc's????? gw needs SOMETHING to turn this around..i'm not a big pvp'er myself but if they make some changes, yea i'd get into it...and i do agree that gw is the MAIN pvp game...build off whats workin for ya in my opinion

bleh, pve'ers don't go back to pve cause they lost pve'ers go back to pve cause 1 hour of lfg spamming gets you 3 randomways who don't make it past zaishen.

This is called a harsh barrier to entry and, by your own admission it seems, is a major contributor if not the most major contributor to the lack of new players, which ensures that the PvP "community" is going to continue to die.

Exactly, and nothing you add/delete or tweak/change will change peoples mentality. No one can solely blame the game and its state, because the people that played before or the ones that still do decided to cross that barrier.
