Anyone who thinks that the current form of HA is better than it's previous incarnations clearly was not a good player at the time when HA was actually fun.

Does that mean I have to agree?
During NF 6v6 (and I mean post Dual Para which was incredibly fail), the meta, was essentially balanced (SP Sins, Fire Eles, Water Eles, PD mesmers and monks)
It ruled out a lot of things like spiritway (which pretty much failed) and gimmick spikes.

I'm saying that the build was balanced, I know SP sins were imba but it was essentially [Frontline (or melee character, whatever.)/Midline/Backline]. It wasn't Rit spike, Bloodspike, Discord and that sort of garbage.

I can't stick HoH relic runs and capture points. Relic runs are mostly irrelivent until the last 20 seconds where the deciding relic matters.
I'd like it to be all about capping, whether it's old style 'last-cap-wins' or the modern King of the Hill. I know others don't approve of that but it was exciting back in those days.

People tend to scream about things that are different and unexpected. I liked 6v6, it's not like it was game-breakingly different.

lol that is real shit spiritway/monk ball/eleball was at it's strongest in 6v6 and that "balanced" meta was only in existence when anet changed halls to kill count.

Well when I was playing during US primetime in 6v6, all the teams we faced were pretty much balanced, Spiritway didn't have enough room to put all the crap that you sit it has now so it was incredibly easy to beat. I don't know what you're talking about with ele ball and monk ball.

People said the world was flat, those who didn't agree usually got hung. I can use this argument most times, because the bottom line is: People don't get smarter. They just get more opinionated. 6vs6 was cool, but I prefer 8vs8 personally. I just like the more hectic battle I think.
Bring back being allowed to bring more heroes.

SF and sandstorm was pretty much nerfed eventually shadow prison saw the light of day because kill count actually encouraged rainbow spiking.
