Reward for doing TA suggestion
Perhaps as a reward for TA, you add in like for every 5 wins you get 5 reward points? Or something like that...i think it would make it more appealing and rewarding to play...

Good idea, but 5 reward points per 5 wins is wayyy too much. I would go with for every glad pt you get, you get 2 reward points (or 3, w/e).

Agreed, balance first, other improvements later. If they add additional rewards now, I'd guess that TA will be full of A/Mos and other farming trash in no time.

Except less reward points, maybe just add Tournaments, or a ranking system. HB shouldn't have gotten a rank system, yay we get to watch who's the better monk!

I also reckon that balth faction should give you reward points for every 1000, you get one or two. Not everyone plays ATS?

And make sure to make it ONLY for TA. People need more incentive to TA instead of RA.

I don't think things will ever be balanced for 4v4 situations. Team Arena ATs is a terrible idea since the format is simply piss poor, RPs for 10 wins sounds very reasonable though I think.

Thanks for the feed back, I want to see TA being more rewarding then RA because it takes a lot more cordination/teamwork to get the 5/10/15+
I could see 5 reward points per 10 wins being fair, id rather it be in TA then HvH anyway
Also putting balance in because i dont want to see SoJ nub assassin crap in there anyway... Balance + RP = More people in TA, and a better time
any other suggestions?

If you want to turn this into a general TA improvements thread...
- Match teams with similar experience with each other. Right now it's like if a R1000 guild is matched against a top 10 guild every second game in GvG. It's not particularly fun or encouraging for the noob team. I suggest matching teams with less than 5 consecs with each other, then matching them with teams on a high streak so new teams who're actually trying, can get a glad point or two.
- Team Arenas should be renamed to Kryta Arenas.
- There's a crapload that's wrong balance-wise in TA. Maybe someone can start a new thread?

And that kind of cr4p still takes observer space from my gvg's.

I like WoW's system, I think they should tack on the Honor System here, since there is Dishonorable...every kill you do in RA/TA/AB/HB/GvG/HA nets you Honor (and higher levels of PvP reward you with more honor per kill than the lower ones), as well as certain things giving you bonus honor, like a Killing Spree (you kill 3 people without dying or something like that) nets your entire team +50 honor or some such, and those bonus's could be gametype specific. Additionally, for winning in each gameplay type you'd get a Mark of X, like winning 1 round in RA gives you 1 Mark of Random Arenas. Then you can go to a Priest of Balthazar, and turn in Honor + your Marks of that arena to get bonus's, like Flames of Balthazar, Golden Flames of Balthazar, special skins for your weapons + armor, etc.
Dishonorable / getting voted a leecher etc, would also void you your Honor + Marks from that match.
EDIT: Since the topic's about TA, here's what TA could be:
*Kill: +10 Honor
*Double Kill (kill 2 people without anyone dying) +10 Honor (so you'd get 10+10 (2 kills) +10 = 30...)
*Triple Kill (kill 3 people without anyone on your team dying) +15 Honor
*Killing Spree (kill 4 people without anyone on your team dying) +25 Honor
*Sneak Attack (Kill someone without you taking any damage!!) +50 Honor
*Perfect! (win the match with your entire team being fully healed) +30 Honor
*Suicide (an opponent kills himself from a hex, ie: backfire, and he casts a spell and dies.) +10 Honor
Winning a match of TA nets you 1 Mark of TA, winning Flawlessly = 2 Marks, at every 5 wins you get +1 mark, stacking up to +5 Marks at 25 wins.
Rewards:
-Flame of Balthazar: 1,000 Honor + 25 Marks of TA
-Golden Flame: 3,000 Honor + 50 Marks of TA
-[Weapon / Armor Skins]: Between 1,000-10,000 Honor + 10-100 Marks of TA?

Im pretty sure we would all agree that TA should get a bigger reward then RA...and i would love if Reward Points could be achieved by getting 5-10 in a row.

Reward Points > medallions, ive got enough faction and no pve character...and im pretty sure most that are going to do TA seriously have enough Faction as well :P
