Swift Chop Bugged
it makes always the conditional damage when it is blocked instead of additional conditional damage. For example on 14 axe mastery when it is blocked it always does 19 damage instead of +19 damage. I hope u can fix it . ^^ maybe its just my wrong interpretation but there is a word additional damage ( not like with dshot where is deals only xxx damage )

The skill isn't bugged, the description is mis-worded. Like Irresistible Blow and Seeking Blade, it does a fixed damage amount and gives the weapon's desired effect (sword = bleeding, hammer = KD, axe = DW) if blocked. Post Here for typos.

irresistible blow = if its blocked it deals bla bla damage
seeking = if its blocked .. bleeding and deals bla bla damage
swift chop = makes DW and ADDITIONAL bla bla damage.
so if the description is bad fix the description but i would be more happy if u fixed it other way.

The description is fine. The damage is in addition to the deep wound. Your attack got blocked, it's obviously not dealing damage. Or, if you want to be a real pain, your attack got blocked. That's 0 damage. Add 19 to it.
Oh, and if you changed it the other way, it would be ridiculously imbalanced, not to mention the wording wouldn't even be close. It would have to be something like "This attack is unblockable and does +XX damage. If this attack would have been blocked, your target suffers a Deep Wound for X seconds", and there aren't any skills like that.
Sure, you can change it for clarity, but I'm not losing sleep over it.
