I think the reason boon got nerfed was because gift under boon was better than heal other by a long shot.

However it fell out of favor because blessed light Mo/A became better at keeping people alive and people didnt need a fc remove hex any more so it allowed the midline to become more offensive.

i still use cop in smiters boon/divine boon build in AB.. very nice for getting rid of anything that you don't want on you.

How do you deal with micro-ing 2 veils and a sig? Do you preveil Purifying Veil?

I haven't used Purifying Veil because I fail to see the point of it besides stopping blind spam (and alleviating Sf a bit). Maybe you can take daze off the base of a condition stack?

IIRC you need 10 wind investment to keep up Signet of Mystic speed, isn't something like Return/Dash (with 0 investment) more effective

CoP got killed along with boon prots and hex teams.
too much enchantment removal, not enough enchantments, easier hex/condition removers, etc
there's just no point to use CoP nowadays unless its RA or AB
