It's a solution that wouldn't also piss off the PvE community.
I also find it highly unlikely that they would remove that skill considering it's been in the game for so long.

Agreed. If Izzy really doesn't want to rebuff LoD at all, Heaven's Delight should be made 1s cast/20r/~10...120 heal.

It could do with a duration nerf (as in the duration it stays up for without chants/shouts ending). But not before other party healing options are made viable.

Not a single top team used this skill in the past Monthly and I haven't observed anyone using it lately either. I have not been playing much at all in the past Month, so maybe I'm wrong...point out the Guilds that are supposedly abusing Mending Refrain.

K, I'm clearly out of it right now then. I'll take your word for it.
But, seriously, in the past two days on Obs I've not seen any American guild run it? Guess I've not watched enough and/or at the right times.
Funny that it took this long, though. Whenever I suggested trying MR after the LoD nerf, I just got protests about how it would fail against people who split. Guess...not?

Yeah, American guilds compose of about 5% of the GvG community. The other 95% run it.

I can't remember the last time I saw a team running a Paragon that didn't have Mending Refrain. If you're thinking about running a Paragon, you probably should have already discarded your concerns about whether or not people off of the flagstand will be benefiting from them.
That said, motivation/tactics Paragons are like the whole meta wrapped up in one embarassing package, please give us some better party healing options so I never have to see one again.

Yea, this is completely untrue. There are only two top 100 american spike teams that run spike, that's us (HGH) and rawr. As for the euro teams, I can think of at least 15 off the top of my head.
On the mending refrain debate, I haven't even heard of running mending refrain on a paragon...what's the exact bar for this and when has everyone started running it. There are only a few instances in which I would consider running mending refrain, only against pressure style teams, which I can't think of very many in the first place except for the obvious few.

Hop on Obs, I see more teams with it than without it. Maybe you just don't see it because they hardly ever need to recast it. :P
Usually something like:
[skill]Song of Restoration[/skill][skill]Ballad of Restoration[/skill][skill]"Watch Yourself!"[/skill][skill]"Shields Up!"[/skill][skill]Aggressive Refrain[/skill][skill]Spear of Lightning[/skill][skill]Mending Refrain[/skill] Rez

Partygon is overpowered to the point that alternatives are highly inferior in 90% of the cases.
