sorry if someone else already came up with this idea,
basicaly i got tired of monks and rangers throwing up blocks against me so i made this build specifacly to stop it

Critical Strikes 12+1+1

Dagger Mastery 12+1

Deadly Arts 1

Shadow Arts-rest of attribute points +1

Zealous daggers of fortiude

or

Sundering daggers of fortiude

One rune that gives u +50 health

one energy rune (energy +2)

(the equipment is really up to you and depends on your playing style i like lots of energy so i use all energy insgnias with this build)

Way of the Fox(Ciritical Strikes)(Elite)<-name may be wrong it's the one that says all of your attacks can't be blocked

Siphon speed (Deadly Arts)

Black Spider Strike(Dagger mastery)

twisting fangs(Critical Strikes)

golden lotus strike

wild strike (Dagger mastery)<--might be wrong on the name but it's off hand that should do 32 dmg and ends any stance used by a foe

Death Blossom(Dagger Mastery)

Feigned neutrality(Shadow Arts) note: this last skill can be substitued for a ritualist skill or anyother u perfer called sight beyone sight to counter blindness(spawning power)
or Deaths Charge(shadow Arts for a shadow step and quick gain of health or
Shadows refuge.

Instead of wasting your elite, you could have gone with an unblockable chain or use expose defenses. Your reasoning is fairly flawed anyway. If you don't manage to surprise a monk or whatever, then you should just get out or choose a different target, kill, and then retreat if necessary. That's the point of an assassin. You aren't a warrior.

I said at the end u could use deaths charge to suprise a monk, expose defenses has such a long recharge time for me i like to kill fast and then kill the next guy faster. i don't run this build that much but it still works very well against r/p's and just have razah casts barbs on a monk while u attack and u can kill it easily

Relies on an enchantment AND a hex.
Lacks IAS.

[skill]golden fox strike[/skill] -> [skill]wild strike[/skill] -> [skill]shattering assault[/skill] is really what you're looking for... feel free to add [skill]impale[/skill] or whatever else you like to dish out the extra damage to finish off the kill. or add another off hand+dual.
you have plenty of enchantments to choose from, personally I like [skill]way of the lotus[/skill] along with a longer lasting enchantment so after the chain I get my energy back to start another

Res and some sort of shadow step are mandatory so, yeah...

Actually this build is designed specificaly for monks w/ guardian and pack hunters. And the most commonly used sin build(trampling ox) relies on a hex. This build can be manipulated to your style of play, it doesnt have to match my skills exactly (and is made only for Hero Battles). Skills such as Dash and Deaths charge work perfectly.
