You might consider disarm instead of bull's. But I wouldn't.
You might also consider harrier's haste on the second template.
Final thrust ownz.

[skill]pious haste[/skill] on a frontline (or actually at all) in high-end gvg is fail. It removes your prot/preveil every 5 secs...
[qoute=Ashes]
Be able to spike with the team.
Be able to kill a target alone.
Speed Boost. (Which is a big problem, because im addicted to rush, but he want me to use an energy speed boost, so im able to run around without adrenaline...)
Have selfheal/survivability

I would run 12+1+1 Axe Mastery 9+1 Strength 9+1 Tactics.
[skill]disciplined stance[/skill] is vs. the high number of sins found in today's meta
you can consider changing [skill]resurrection signet[/skill] to [skill]death pact signet[/skill] for a hard res
or to [skill]agonizing chop[/skill] to make a better spike and to be able to more easily kill archers/knights.

The entire point to running the W/D in this case is for the good self heal. Natural healing is a lot better than healsig. You will probably run [skill]Harrier's Haste[/skill] anyway, especially now after pious was rebalanced...

The best warrior bar is the one that provides the most threat. The best threat-inducing mechanics in Guild Wars are knockdowns, interrupts, and damage. Why do you think warrior/ranger splits are the most prevalent? I don't understand how you can run all these self-preservation skills and expect to be as effective as a warrior whose bar is suited for his job. I've found that a competent partner ranger who understands how to utilize Mending Touch and a smart flag runner will keep me alive in the majority of skirmishes, provided that I'm doing my job to kill. Sure, self heals provide you with some means of survival if your healing doesn't know how to follow your damage, but if your warrior is built only to survive then I think you have other issues to worry about.
