It's that time of the month again...mAT predictions
With VoD so favorable to pure split builds (read: sinsplit) and the motigon promoting spike over pressure, we have a pretty good list of gold cape contenders this monthly:
From Japan, we have sineptitude/sinsplit powerhouses that you can never count out: SpNv, Me, HAnD
From Europe we have: StS, sup, cE, apr (pro sinsplit)
From America we have: dR, rawr
If DF manages to actually play this game, they'll always be a contender. uF, Town, Uni, HGH, ei, SoaP all also have good chances of hitting top 8.

From what I have seen last monthly, I am putting my votes on any top teams that run sinsplit.

The guild that has the best defense web spike build or sin split.
So: [rawr]/[dR]/[Me]/[Hand]/[SpNv]/[randomeuroguild]

I'm pretty sure having [rawr] as #1 and [dR] as #2 will never happen (considering that would imply [rawr] beat [dR] in the final match).

God hates dR.
I don't think Japan will repeat.
I'm going with uF, even though my heart tells me betting on a euro guild not named vD is a bad idea.

Well, considering that Chiizu joined YOU guys, I don't think it's going to happen.
I'm going to randomly predict SpNv. Whateva.

Just for kicks, I assigned approximate win percentages to each team according to performance (slightly arbitrary), and did a random analysis of three trials (since I have three accounts to register on) determining who the top 8 are. And for completeness, I assigned a percentage to some random that'll come out of nowhere and win. Here are the results:
Trial 1:
1) uF
2) random
3) Me
4) ei
5) Uni
6) Town
7) rawr
8) cE
Trial 2:
1) sup
2) SpNv
3) HGH
4) Me
5) HAnD
6) apr
7) StS
8) random
Trial 3:
1) SpNv
2) Uni
3) dR
4) cE
5) random
6) SoaP
7) sup
8) random
Knowing the tourney, these random generations are going to be pretty good :P

1) [apr] for running sinsplit.
2) [SpNv] for running sinsplit almost as well.
3) [StS] for their ability to destroy sinsplit stand teams.
4) [dR] for trying to counter sinsplit but not quite making it.
5) [sup] for not being terrible.
6) [uF] because they will be playing with me or Iso.
7) [Me] for all of the guilds they fought that were too stupid to spec them.
8) [Town] because the rest suck.

I'm not going to put any money on Americans this MAT because they always seem to run inferior builds. Especially with noone playing anymore i can observe the american metagame a lot (lol 12hour ago games) and i've never seen an american guild run a decent build yet after previous monthly. Their players aren't the problem, but if they constantly run shit builds, especially in a metagame like this, i'm expecting nothing of them.
I think europe has a lot of strong guilds now and it will be an epic contest between asia and europe. The new derveurospike is incredibly powerful and i wouldnt be suprised to see some absolute shit guild hitting top 8. Regardless I put this as my top8:
#1. There's a new sherrif in [Town] - My own guild and therefore #1 out of principle. I will always put my own guild on 1 .
#2. Close Encounter [cE] - One of the strongest european teams who has been testing a lot of builds, next to that im rooting for them.
#3. Stealing society [StS] - Germans, but they win a lot.
#4. What's going on [sup] - They seem to win, somebody's gotta be #4.
#5. Best Before [apr] - They're finish.
#6. Ghostly Heroes [GoH] - They're strong, eventhough they'll disband after mat.
#7. Mistral Edge [Me] - Sinsplit.
#8. Dark Alley [dR] - I think some random shit spike guild will be rank 8, but since you can't put 20guilds on 1 rank in xunlai house, I put dR just because someone's gotta hit the spot.
