Still presents roughly the same problem, just means the other team's Paragons get to care a lot less. Your ranger is still going to fail a lot of interrupts if they try firing into it.

It shouldnt cockblock pressure, should be used as a spike save imo.
Before it was just a total slap to the face, but with that change pressure and condition spreading still gets thru, and it works as a spike/interupt save.
Now its a LOL my monks have 100+ armor you cant touch me lawl

Bloodspike is getting nerfed next update, wohoo.
Some things that needs attention:
As mentioned, changing expertise to only work on ranger skills would get rid of so many "crap-builds". (Thumpers, R/D's etc).
Same thing with leadership.
Make haste still needs a tweak to get on line with other speedboosts in HA.
"Turret-rangers" needs fixing, promotes far too much spamming.
Lightning orb is a bit too strong after the last update. 60ing warriors seems to be the new meta.
Healers covenant monks are far too strong in RA/TA, being very mindless spammers who's stronger than any other bars out there. Patient and vigorous spirit needs to be affected by the healing reduction.
Moving Icy Veins to Death magic wouldn't hurt either.

You could put angorodons to 2 sec cast, thats the only thing i could think of. As for the HC monk build, i think shows how much power single professions can bring to the table and this spam build is a answer to all the pressure 3 players can put on a team. And pain and bloodsong are fine, you need at least 12 attributes into communing or channeling for the spirit not to suck; and they still die with two axe hits anyway.

Angorodon's Gaze just needs to be something other than a 3-energy Vamp Gaze.

Most disheartening and rather hindering updates. Andrew, tell Izzy to just shave off the Gold Bordering around Shroud Of Silence as it is no longer a viable Elite Skill. The Meta remains unbalanced, and I forsee very little to nothing being done about it. Sorry for the negativeness of this post, but I've been around since the very beginning, seeing all the changes that have been taking place... and seldom changes have been positive at all. In fact, most have been quite depriving...

#1 change that needs to happen is teleports disabling non-Dagger attack skills.
D/A simply morphed into A/D.

A/D is more about abusing the ridiculous scythe damage scale than anything.

Let me put it this way, most classes aren't hitting for 110+ with autoattacks.

Funny how a class, wielding a scythe, casting enchantments, and doing ridiculous damage, isn't a Dervish.

Scythe 9-41 = 25 avg damage 1.75sec attack interval.
Hammer 19-35 = 27 avg damage 1.75 sec attack interval.
I would say it had more to do with the skills being used than just the weapon.
