Im satisfied with this update... but honestly I excepted some underused skills to come to play. This is just huge nerfage.

magehunter's smash is now a legitimate hammer attack now.
cripshot nerf is not too bad, but it does limit its usefulness quite a bit.
pin down buff is interesting.

Rip Enchantment is now REALLY good.
All in all I'm very happy with the N changes. Some of them might be a little off, but I can't help but feeling a little touched... A-net listened to me (Soul Feast: Complete redesign, moved to SR.) Not sure if it's a GOOD spell to have around but still very nice to see they actually bothered with trying to turn a completely idiotic GW:EN spell into something valuable.
Not commenting on the other stuff yet.

Wow, WoD, yeah
Could be used as an "anti-spike" one guy doing ALOT less dmg, depends on the time and place though I guess.
Not too happy about the WY nerf, but with weakness buffs, I guess thats balanced, eh.
Alas poor Mending Refrain, gimme a day and I'll find a skill bar that can keep it up always on everyone.
and all the Sin's says "OH NOES!!!!!!" YAY

The buff to Cry and hammer warriors may actually make me want to play the game again sometime.
Which order does wounding strike apply the conditions in? If it's a covered deep wound, then that's quite nasty. Does anyone else think that frozen burst with the aftercast changed at an 8 second recharge is too strong?

Touch of Argghhhhh!
I mean Wail of Doooooooooom!
I think the after-cast delays on ele skills was a good move. I understand that they don't want eles teleporting in an spamming AoE too fast but it's not that great in practice anyway. The new changes might see more Inferno and *gasp* Double Dragon usage.

I'll give this update an "A" but mainly because of (an attempt of) creativity. I'm a huge supporter of changing functionality of useless skills (which are useless not because of their raw stats but because of their role).
I don't like all skill changes, and I think some buffs are... kinda useless and still won't see play for obvious reasons, but I'll give A for an effort.

Wow interesting and the shifts look to promote decent play (although a couple of my favourites are hit, worth it i guess), 2 questions though..
1: Why the hell have ViO + VoD now just merge them since the NPC numbers condtion is gone. (EDIT: Nvm found that only players get ViO, NPC's dont)
2:Why increase the cast on heal party (back to before) without increasing the healing power of it? (Ok can understand interuppt ability with HB but that is giving heal party = needs HB.. which is retarded imo)

so it's interruptable under Healer's Boon, whereas before it was 1/2 cast speed.

Rip Enchantment is overpowered.
The Assassin changes are horrible. You killed the somewhat interesting skills (Snares, Shroud of Silence) and left the high damage skills in tact.
The Rodgorts change is good, that skill was too strong at a 5 second recharge, the other changes to the Mind Blast bar are shit. The character is now dead.
The changes to the PBAoE spells are good; Ward Against Melee should have KEPT the long after-cast, though.
There's no point in having both late-game GvG shouts, since they are both always active now. Why not just have Victory or Death and give it the desired effect(s)??
Reversal of Damage buff is good.
All Warrior changes are good, except maybe Lion's Comfort.

The return of the infamous KD/AS warrior. Lot's of changes, glad to see so many. It will actually shake up the meta. I'm not gonna nitpick what is "good/bad" as I am just happy to see a serious change being done.
I am probably wrong here, but this looks to have the most actual skill changes of any update I can recall**awaits the flamethrowers to prove me wrong in a puff of smoke**.

So I like a fair amount of the new update, but like others was shocked to see Wail of Doom. Honestly, I don't like to complain, but I had to say something. I like the efforts to improve necros dhutdown abilities in higher end pvp, but wail of doom is too much. Put 2 Wail of Doom necros in your midline and pin them on the monks and you win? Aside from that I like the update alot.
