Panic isn't good unless we have other forms of e-denial as well and it's Panic OR Auspicious Incantation =(, the only situation where, imo, where Panic can be the lone E-denial. Some say Holy Veil but we already have Inspired Hex. While we probally will need another hex removal, there are probally going to be more hex removals in the future.
For those reasons I'm going to draft "Fall Back!" over those (appealing) but overall more situational skills. "Fall Back!" gives us mobility, healing, and versatility. It allows us to make pushes and retreats. This is especially helpful at the flagstand.

Interesting. Incendiary Arrows with Tigers Fury could give us a decent ranger bar. Or if we took Conjure Nightmare we'd have something really strong to use with AI.
Then again, correct me if I'm wrong, but if we leave Conjure Nightmare there's a reasonable chance of it coming back around again, due to it being tough to use without AI and nobody really wanting it right? In that case it makes sense to go with Reckless Haste, as we have a decent chance of getting Conjure Nightmare again later.

You know that to have a smiter you'd also want to get Zealots Fire, Balthazars Aura, a few copies of RoF and Draw for it to be worthwhile right? It doesn't really make much sense to take AoE.

Reckless Haste, doesn't require us to be fully specced in Curses to be worthwhile and is good enough on its own. Restful breeze is tempting, that and LoD would make a perfect runner.
