Nostalgia, this was before the ritualist based FoC build which didn't usually run Arcane Echo(well, not always anyways).
I laughed when they Desecrate Enchanted the smiting E/Mo, probably laid down more damage than the FoC =].

This particular video is originally from September 2005. Not just before Ritualist FoC builds, from before Ritualists.
