how good is a energy degen build in pvp, right now i use one like this

ether phatom
ether lord
malaise
depravity [elite]
persistence of memory
drain enchantment
optional
optional

i can't tell if this is help my party out a lot or not.

i also what to know if a black out loop build is effective

blackout
troll urguent
storm chaser
Drain enchantment
mantra of concentration
ether feast
inspired hex

feel free to discus any of these builds

it rly depends on what kind of PvP: Ha, GvG, AB, TA/RA

the first buid could be nice for HA/GvG but it fully depends on what your teammates are playing. E denial (E degen like u put it) builds dont work that gr8 anymore since people have multiple weaponsets so they can swap weapons to hide their energy. But if you are playing with Famine (ranger elite spirit, every1 takes around 30-40 dmg everytime their energy reaches 0) it could work because basicly you drain his energy to 0 every time. But even then it requires alot of skill to not get into trouble with the upkeep of the team. I suggest you play builds u see in obsevermode and play those, in RA u could give it a try but these builds both have hardly any damage so i wouldnt suggest playing them.
