I wouldn't mind paying a monthly fee if Anets servers didnt randomly dc people at the absolutely worse possible moment, or if Anet doesn't schedule the monthly the weekend of the 3rd anniversary, or if all of the matches have less than 400+ ping. Or if we had more quality skill updates, or if this game matters more than 7 hours once a month. At least I have these amazing minipets to look forward to next month!

Since you understand that we put a lot of time preparing for the monthly, there are over 25,000$ in prizes, and we (my guild), has a good chance of earning these prizes, only to get screwed over by Anets faulty servers because they planned the monthly on the third anniversary weekend, you should also understand why I'm so pissed off.

I don't feel like I'm more deserving than anyone else, what I deserve is that Anet looks at the damn calender every once in awhile.

Also, according to you the actions of the pve shitters that go afk in the nine rings all weekend is just as important as the last monthly worth over $25,000 in prizes. You might want to relook at what you're saying.

It's irrelevant, regardless that you had them beat they still had a dc in the finals of the monthly on Anets fault.

ANet don't care about PvP anylonger, although the game is known for the excellent GvG system. However, no one of ANet will answer this thread and they'll try to forget everything that happened this monthly and the monthly before and so on.

I wouldn't say that, they just know that no matter how bad they screw up pvp wise people will still probably play, because there is no better game to go to. If they screw up on the pve side as bad as they have on the pvp side everyone would be playing WoW.

GvG still is fun to play, if you don't face a broken build or half of your team islagging out, which is about half of the time.
Since when is GW PvE better than WoW PvE? I thought only people who refuse to pay monthly fees play GW PvE :/.

No, that actually happened in the match afaik.

But it is true, matches are getting pushed off of obs. Matches that I just finish watching are gone when I go back to see them.
