pugged HA with e/mo smite. got rank 1. really liked it. convinced guildies to play. led into a hugely successful HA guild after about 6 months of playing with each other through the trial and improvement phase.

I lied and lied and lied until I got into a decent guild, from there I worked my way up. Ofc if you're going to lie you have to play well enough that they believe you. Oh and iway was fun.

i used to run divine spirit+glyph+blight in arenas, it was pretty bad.
making good friends is like the only way to get into high level pvp.
meh, yeah, and my method for making friends? go up to them and pm them rude comments. then next day "come ta with me bitch", "guest me bitch" etc....
suprisingly they would come.

Well, honestly, I learned from trial & error also. Did alot of guild hopping. I finally found a big PvP guild. They helped me out ALOT with stats and build configuration. And I learned alot from RA also. Weaknesses and strengths....etc.

Well, if it might help someone, I'll remember...
1) Being a scrub in Random Arenas, taking pve builds
2) Copying builds in Random Arenas
3) Pugging old school IWAY (Tiger's furyyyyyy)
4) RA monk
5) Pugging HA monk
5a) Ensign, Vindexus, JR, Wheel, Warskull, etc., all flame me on Guru
6) Guesting for scrub gvg, as monk
7) GvG monk for scrubs (rspike)
7a) More flames from old school gvgers ala guru
8) RA and TA a bunch, learned new profs (pre-glad title, ftw)
8a) W/R Eviscerate ownzzzz
9) A bunch of scrub guilds, kept learning new profs
10) Some decent guilds
11) More scrub guilds
11a) Scrubs flame me on guru
12) The strongest kurzick warrior in the game
Also - Observer mode helps some, if you pay close attention to a good player who is playing your prof.
