Your guild tag is why no-one will ever take you seriously. Also the fact that you fail to realize you're making a complete fool out of yourself...
Ok, WHAT have you achieved now? You made fun of me, because you are pissed off I rolled U with one or the other spike build. GET OVER IT!
There is NO point in keeping to post here, hoping others will join your "hate borat because we're jealous he has more fame than we do" campain..
Instead, contribute a bit mayby? I haven't heard ANY decent suggestion/solution/contribution from you yet... Ow wait, you're too busy cussing at me, GJ, You're going somewhere!!!
Grow up dude, you can't keep crying about every time your build gets nerfed or you get rolled by some lame build. However, try and find a way to contribute and actually help us find a solution to the problem. (Inactivity in HA) Otherwise, I'm sorry bud, just use the rope, cuz I couldn't care less....

First of all, borat makes interesting builds. Not ALL of his ideas and builds are ogininal, but the finished product he posts are all borat. Its also a huge relief to face borat instead of another build that relies on ranger frontliners and n/rt backliners. He gets an idea from someone else, molds it with another idea or set of ideas he has from elsewhere, and ends with a very interesting build design.
Take the grenths aura dervish, that the recent nerf didnt even address. I myself put that template together. Dont even try to tell me I didnt make the chilling-assault-fury-grenths-insight template, I ran it for nearly three weeks before anyone else started using that.
But I did not get the idea of using a balthazar dervish myself. I got the idea of using balthazars dervishes from Bear force one. They ran dual balth dervs at the time. But thier dervishes were just built to shit pressure, and spam attacks.
Thats when I really read pious assault. As a MtG player I am used to trying to turn a cards drawback into a plus. I saw two skills, mirage cloak, and grenths aura. I had immediatly saw the use of grenths aura, and started putting a bar together. But anyone who says the combo is pious assault + grenths aura is just a retard that doesnt know shit about how to play that bar. The combo is actually pious fury + grenths aura. Whatever you think of izzy, im suprised he missed this.
Why? Because you cannot control the enchant strip with pious assault, thus your chilling victory can be spirit bonded, and your spike will fail. Pious Fury allows you to watch for prot animations and strip before your damage hits if you need to. I cant tell you the number of bad players I have seen try to run this bar. Im appalled at retards who use heart of fury as an IAS enchant.
The point im trying to make, is nothing anyone makes is completly original, even borat knows that. But picking up on someone elses idea, and then shaping it into your own unique templates is worth something. A lot of the things he claims he wasnt the first to touch, BUT, he was the first to shape it into something successful in most cases.

Your not restricted at all, form your own team, bring some pve friends along. In a few weeks if you show any promise and success at all, and have some idea of what your doing. You will make enough friends that you can play what you want when you want.

However, molding it into a 8-man team build for HA/GvG is a achievement on its own.
Finally, once again, on the Bloodspike in GvG:
SoG used a 7 Man bloodspike with a flagger at release of NF. (He had storm Djinns)
I (I was in eE back then) was the first with my guild to run Dual N/P's and just leave put the flagger all together. If you're here trying to discuss wether or not SoG is the best bloodspike guild (Which isn't an achievement), then yeah, I won't disagree. Vigor probably has most bloodspiked champ points in the game (Once again, not an achievement worth bragging about). However, if you claim that SoG ever tried modding their build for the better, you're wrong. They simply copied our (eE's) build as soon as we passed them by on the ladder...

Good argument, MOJO is a joke? Name one time I cryed in this topic about a build being nerfed. Oh wait, you can't find one. I contribute builds but unlike you, when I contribute, they're actually my builds. I just don't go out and claim that I made quite possibly the most prevalent B-Spike build in GvG/HA nowadays. You're a fool, it's simple. I'm not hopping on the "Hate borat train", although it probably would be fun. You bring this pain and anguish upon yourself when you try to impress your e-friends...and now that you have the support of 2 out of the 2000 members on this forum (Kyp and Dwarf), you seem to have begun to think your argument is valid. Admit it. The 2 N/P build wasn't yours. If you ask Vigor what he ran and still runs for B-Spike GvG, it's to N/P bippers. Electronic Empire failed hardcore at b-spike, also. I wouldn't even rank them up in terms of better B-Spike guilds such as Azz, SoG, Bike, and others...and once again, you say you don't care about fame and that it's "coo" to whipe it but then you go and say things like "hate borat because we're jealous he has more fame than we do" which shows you'd probably have a chicken if Arena Net touched your precious Kings Hero title. Get bent.

Okay, I'll make a legit post.
HA isn't dead. It IS dying, but that is because team insist on running the same gimmicks over and over because no one has enough skill to run balanced. As you will notice, the teams that win halls are those that run balanced, because they actually know how to play the game.
tl;dr? Scrubs are making HA die.

Not true really, there have always been scrubs in ha and they were never really a problem. It's the tools they are given that are the problem (thumpers/fire ele's etc etc). But why would you try to run something difficult to run/organize/coördinate when you can run something simple and bash face quick simple and effective. (it's what ha is about mirite?)
The dumb objective based halls matches don't help either. You have to bring loads of defense to fend off 2 team on altar maps, snares for relic runs and cap points is one big failure with more then 2 teams involved. It's just annoying to play HA because you know you will get knocked out due to being unlucky (getting ganked on cap points/relic runs). Proper balance and halls mechanics should fix HA.
The player base is not the problem, if they don't have any overpowered crap to reach for or stupid maps to bring skills for it should be fine.

Instead of complaining HA is dead, why not start an active campaign to bring people back into the fold? Offer spots to unranked people (who'll listen) in order to train them up and get them interested in non-farming HA play. Form guilds and alliances with HA in mind. Advertise in non-pvp areas asking for people to join, maybe there are people who like pvp but play pve as well.

HA will never revive, for three simple reasons
1) The rewards are to shit compared to the effort you put in. Better to just grind out your fame playing a gimmick than play something that wins more.
It takes much less effort that way.
2) People still think rank is the one thing keeping them out of groups.
3) No one new has the balls to form thier own groups, so all you see is the same leaders all the time, and then different people fleshing out thier team. All the rank discrim and whining comes from people that want in those teams. TO bad they don thave balls to make thier own teams eh? Dont even try to say you dont have time to make your own team, you have time enough to come on guru and whine about it, then you have time enough to fail for a few months while you learn to lead.
edit---
who said im a borat supporter lol? I like borat cause he does stuff thats new, doesnt mean I'd be caught dead playing some of the builds he comes up with though >.<

This is true. But take into consideration 95% of current HA population consists of pve nubs whose brain can only handle R/D. I would never join a grp with brave r3 calling for pro ppl in.
As for bloodspike. This game made a few champ5 bspikers whose skill is on level of N/A ranked guilds so... I dont rly care.

HA will never revive because there are people like you who say HA will never revive. I mean why would someone want to join HA if all it is is a bitter bunch of whiners complaining that HA is dead?
1. It isn't about rewards it is about accomplishment. Look at the top GvG teams, if you are good and lucky you might get gold trim, that's it.
2. Only way they'll know otherwise is if people explain the difference between rank and experience.
3. That's because leadership is extra pressure in addition to learning how to play well in HA. Only a really motivated new person would try it out. Also if you log in and all you see is an empty district or full of people who are obessed over rank only and only willing to join a certain group, it makes it harder. However that isn't an excuse
IMO the only reason HA died and is going to stay dead because no one cares enough to put in the effort to fix it... it's a lot easier to let it stay as it is.

Fact - HA died because all the long time gamers, the ones that had tigers 2 years ago got bored, and guess what? They stopped playing.
Fact - Every PvP area has been currently dying by the day, it's what happens over time, nothing is everlasting.
Fact - HA always had gimmicks and metas, from the early ages till now.
Fact - good HA teams didn't need to use gimmicks in order to beat any meta or current gimmicks, good players will always be good.
Fact - PvP balances always have revolved around nerfing current metas/gimmicks and buffing others.
