I don't HA anymore, so I can't comment on the meta in the past half year, so I'll say that right off the bat. But back when I did play, you could always tell the difference between people who knew how to play, and those who could listen and count backwards from three and smack a few buttons.

Why is everyone bitching about fame and titles? It didn't harm HA at all, I don't remember when was the last time I asked anyone for his title/rank/fame. Every high rank player already has his "friends list" which he uses to form groups, it doesn't matter what rank people are as long as they aren't retarded and can follow orders - rank is meaningless. In my guild (sOap) were even people with rank 3 - 6 and they were in our winning group.
