Ray of Judgement, You know how there's a IV Spike build on Wiki, what if there was a Ray of Judgement Team Build like that? I don't know how like the other 7 skills would go, I just wanna know if it would be a good idea and what skills could synergize with it? Monk can be the secondary also since at 12 it does 90 Damage so 8 of it would 720 Damage? Sway doesn't have Prot Spirit or Spirit Bond so they wouldnt be able to reduce it. Holy Damage is Armor ignoring and RoJ is AoE.

Any ideas of if this would work, and if it can work what kind of team build would need to be ran with it to make it effective?

Edit: Also reason I thought of thsi would 'cause Sway has Physical Blocking skills and Ranger Armor resists Ele Damage(Such as the dmg from Icy Veins)

Only problem I can see is [Ray of Judgment]'s 30 second recharge. I suppose you could keep yourselves alive and annoy people in between? Seems like a long recharge in between spikes.

recharge is to long to keep anyone down, energy is to high to arcane echo.

Builds that are based on arcane echo/mimicry always fail. High energy cost, huge recharge, asking for an interrupt.
Arcane Echo + Ray = 30 energy. Followed by another ray its 45. And you won't be able to do anything for 10 seconds, unless ray gets interrupted (high probabilty).
Leave it, that skill is horrible.
