Don't worry, that was just laziness on my part, I've reworked attributes somewhat so that there's only 1 major rune, the rest are minor runes.
Bah, I wish I could drop the expel para for an expel rit, but I feel it'd take waaayy too long to set up the hasty refrains with only one para :/ All I'd have to do if I could though, is replace vicious attack with burning finale on the guidance para... Then make a decent expel rit.

(note to every1)
BEFORE you post a build here, try to fit in these things:
- Snares
- Speedboost (Make haste together with Song of concentration is nice)
- Condit removal
- Hex removal
- Some interupt
- DAMAGE (very important unless u playing stupid A/Me shadowform bitch)
- Heals/Prots to keep ur team alive
- (If not full spike build) AOE (area of effect damage)
- Song of Concentration (altar cap)
- Enchant removal (only if really unnescesary)
- Utility (something to help your monks/healers/etc.)
- Not retarded skills.

Watch The "Not Retarded skills (aka onslaught)
I dont know if youve read my deleted post here *cough communism cough* But what i said in that post you are wasting your time trying to make builds while you dont even know PvP..
Assuming youre trying to make a somewhat balanced build I can tell youve never even played one. Since youre using Air of enchant, instead of widely used RC (both in GvG AND in HA). First try to get some PvP experience in Random Arena/Team Arena before you even start playing HA.
When u got your rank 1-2 gladiator, having a pvp friendlist and some PvP experience, start playing Balanced in HA, Observe some battles where they play a nice build, note the skills etc. So you can copy that build and play it with the people from your friendlist. At start you wont get far because most people suc, you will not winn alot (say close to zero) and people will rage etc.
the more you try the more friends you will get the more fame you will get.
When youve reached the rank 5-6 you can start thinkin up your own build. Once your there btw. ull probably think: "WTF was I thinking when i made that build." But that doesnt matter becuase every1 had experiences like that.
Anyway what im trying to say (again). Stop this and learn to play pvp and get back to us when you got urself a nice rank/experience etc.

EDIT : To be perfectly frank timothy, I belive you should take a hard look at yourself and embrace communism, since you seem so opposed to anyone doing anything different from anyone else ever. ^^ Cheers.

To be perfectly honest I find myself looking back at past ideas to inspire new ones, but then again I don't like living in a closed-off world where everyone uses the same thing.... I like to keep an open mind, because past ideas with new experience may create even better things. ^^ Furthermore, Why would I even CONSIDER restore condition when I have a necromancer with Foul Feast? Also, Last time I checked, PvP as a whole didn't have a rank/experience requirement, everyone started somewhere. By the way, maybe you should compile a list of "retarded" skills, I think you called them. Possibly with explainations as to why, for those who don't have innate knowledge of such things.
All in all, your "communism" comment was quite funny, as you yourself seem so very opposed to anyone ever attempting to do anything different from anyone else ever. Unlike you, I don't like running wiki builds. I don't like copying other people. I like being unique, and if that makes me a bad person.... Oh well. I'll play around with builds and have fun while you grind fame endlessly to watch numbers go up. ^^

Dervishes need a source of deep wound. Don't say you have vicious on the paras, that's not nearly enough. Air of Enchantment is a bad skill. If you really are opposed to running RC, which I think is a bad choice, then bring a more useful prot skill than AoE. SoD would probably be the logical choice, but you could also bring DH, which would allow you to drop Expell from the para. Even Spell Breaker would be more useful than Air of Ench., to be honest. Also, you need "Make Haste" and SoC.
There are undoubtably other things wrong, but the stuff above is what I noticed right away, and really prevents people from seeing any worth in the build.

There really is no "good" source of cracked armor for multiple targets... in the entire game. And as for the source of cracked armor, Aggressive refrain + Foul Feast + Plague sending is the source. The only real alternative to that would be sundering weapon or well of ruin. Wells require a dead body, wich is bad. Sundering weapon would work, but it's still fairly limited. Cracked armor needs more ways to... be made.

[Sundering Weapon]
a bad skill? Hahahahahahaha....hahahahaha.....HAHAHAHAHA.....HA ..../cough
and as stated, [weaken armor]....Ive gotta say if your gunna make a build it might be an idea to actually look-up skills? even if you dont know them all you have to do is wiki cracked armor and it list's its sources
also please put RC on that monk, RC combines uber condition removal with uber heals - you may want to go agaisnt R 'casue everyone uses it, but theres a reson everyone uses it
the RC monk has been standard since day one
and if you ask me, a bar with that many front liners needs a weapon rit anyway
[Splinter Weapon][Sundering weapon][Warmongers weapon]

Stop beating this dead horse already...
Look, it basicly the next best buttoncash build, that is weaker than most other. (Pretty much every other)
It has BARELY got snares, anti-hex. Barely any running power ("Chaaaaaaarge!"... won't win you the game)
Damage is VERY miniscule... Like scythe pressure is low, VERY low. (There's a reason everyone runs these A/Dspikes) and then only reason why R/D works so well is because people don't know any better. (Thumpers are still by far the better build) Well that, and offcorse the fact that splinter weapon +scythe +balled up bature of HA = win...

Lol... Try attacking the Master of Damage with A/D first and then with a Shockaxe for about a minute or so. Compare. Don't count Shock, Bull's, Dchop, and spiking because it's purely about DPS (+ most HA players are total retards so ít's better for them to run a simple bar like A/D). Also R/D and Thumpers aren't because of the weapons but weapon properties and skills, like you said yourself already...

If you're serious then I would suggest oh I don't know actually paying attention to how skills work in PvP?
Really hope you're not...

I did not, read: did not say anything about not trying to make any new builds.
But as the way you put them here its obvious (like I said before) that you have very few/no experience in HA.
Also i did NOT say I wont allow you to try your build with people. In fact I want you to try your build, because then you will realize that in HA grabbing a pve build and trying to make a pvp build Without having ANY experience in HA or whatsoever.
I also didnt say you are a bad person. In fact I like people tryin to make new builds. But what I dont like about you that you wont accept the fact your build will not work (Im experienced HA player so i can tell. No im not playing Sway or Rspike and gimmicks like that). So again: my advise (not flame) to you is first play some HA, try to observe some halls or high ranked (non-gimmick/sway) groups etc.
And btw, about the wiki builds stuff, please don't say stuff like that if you dont know anything about me. Also I don't care about getting fame, I care about HA and Getting better at it (like not playing sway and gimmicks like that), and also having fun at playing the game...
Grz,
TimmeH
