I wont ask it to be as godly as shield bash but at least make it worth putting on a bar over shield bash...
Obviuos thing to do is to make it activate instantly like most untyped skills. Other than that having it disable blocked skill would be nice OR make burning really long (like 15 seconds or so) OR inflict second condition like blindness OR make it rechage in 10-12 seconds instead of 20 OR make it shout affecting party members with shields.
As of right now this skill plain suck. Even having paragon bar with 9-12 leadership it is not worth taking burning shield over shield bash with zero in strength.

/agreed dude. skill is like one of the most pointless, altho it can b used n conjuction with a team build, or para skills tht have sumfin to do with burning: such as like fire eles, and thyr on fire/ anthem of flame, i mean hell not even tht makes since in using it still wudnt put on a bar tho unless it lived up to shield bash

Shield Bash isn't an example to live up to...

Shield Bash is an uncounterable "stay alive" button that anti's an intire class (Sin) and shuts down any Warrior adrenline build (15 seconds disable = bye bye eviscerate)..

Nerf the broken skills first, then worry about random skill X that is underpowered...
