The Next Rank 12 you get might be a noob....
Here is what i found while searching the internet for interesting things... a friend and i were curious about if some people acutally make money from just playing GW and selling high ranked accounts on ebay and stuff....

Meh everyone knows ppl buy accounts and everyone who played PvP notices has some PvP:er bought his account .. you see it from game style

Even if a R12 account isn't bought, the person could still be a complete noob.
