That's what you could do to save some energy.
I ran this with my guild yesterday, not original, very cheesy, but easy as pie to run and pretty powerful
Fire Magic: 12+1+1
Energy Storage: rest
[skill]Searing Flames[/skill][skill]Glowing Gaze[/skill][skill]Glyph of Lesser Energy[/skill][skill]Mark of Rodgort[/skill][skill]Gaze of contempt[/skill][skill]Meteor Shower[/skill][skill]Fire Attunement[/skill][skill]Flame Djinn's Haste[/skill]

Fire Magic: 12+1+1

And, of course, a regular ZB monk with a run stance
Recipe is easy, run like hell, cap, and pan fry everything in the way before they know what hit them. Pretty sad it worked so well. You can replace the meteor showers with cover enchants when youu feel the need. Aura of resto actually heals you when you use it on a SF ele :P.
Another pretty funny one was the following, it was mainly for lols so don't flame me too hard, but it's just....borked . We had 5 consecutive wins with that, not that the build is awesome (bonders are sssslllllooooowwwww), we just pwn :P.
Channeling Magic: 12+1+1
Restoration Magic: 9+1
Command: rest
[skill]Life[/skill][skill]Ancestor's Rage[/skill][skill]Splinter Weapon[/skill][skill]Warmonger's Weapon[/skill][skill]Mend Body And Soul[/skill][skill]Weapon Of Warding[/skill][skill]Offering Of Spirit[/skill][skill]"Fall Back!"[/skill]

Nice team buids! I adapted the rit spike to AB but haven't tried since DP's nerf,I'm not sure about the necro now.
Anyway I've been switching between Support and Spirit's strength rit lately, here is the build I use.
Rt/P Spirit's Spear
[skill]Swift javelin[/skill][skill]merciless spear[/skill][skill]blazing spear[/skill][skill]Remedy signet[/skill][skill]Spirit's strength[/skill][skill]Sight beyond sight[/skill]
Weapon of Aggression
Holy Spear
Template:OAmjIakbJT4bhiDZKYxbIbKbZgA
I use a +15 enchanted spear (duh), zealous (maybe should change that), 30hp when fighting, 20%enchant when recasting. All shields and swap depending on what I'm facing.
Template:Pk5RRP3XC3YkkpW/rYopI908npIDLpopIjV3npIDrbopI
Do not play this without a healer who's not using weapon spells. Maintain weapon of aggression or there is no point in bringing Spirit's Strength. Use holy spear on spirits or minions to clear them off, or as a +dmg skill if there is none. You also miss a speed boost. But ho well, it's fun and it hits hard
EDIT: I like to play this build way less now. The miss of a speed boost w/ the dependency on enchants and no heal makes you too vulnerable imo...

SoS stinks as it requires 10 + Deadly Arts to be useful.
For casters I'd go with this bar;
[skill]Golden Fox Strike[/skill][skill]Temple Strike[/skill][skill]Twisting Fangs[/skill][skill]Wild Strike[/skill][skill]Critical Strike[/skill][skill]Assassin's Remedy[/skill][skill]Shadow Refuge[/skill][skill]Death's Charge[/skill]
11 + 1 + 2 Dagger Mastery
12 + 1 Critical Strike
6 + 1 Shadow Art
Not the best variation of Temple Strike build I have but it works since monks don't run Restore Condition and I always manage to interrupt them casting Purge Conditions or Guardian.

Makoto Rampage (AB Sin)
A/N
CS 12+1
DM 12+1+1
DA 2
Curses 2
+5e, +30HP Daggers of -Crippling, -Ebon, -Zealous, -Vampiric variaties.
full Nightstalker armour, Rune of Clarity
siphon speed
black mantis thrust
exhausting assault
moebius strike - ELITE
trampling ox
twisting fangs
rigor mortis
dash
Obvious weaknesses in its lack of a Shadow Step and self-heal, though seemingly always able to be in the right place at the right time. Offers support through its hexes, SSpeed-BMT is perfect in itself to leave opposing players stranded in no-mans-land for quite a while (after gently kiting them there, of course). An underhanded tactic maybe, but it serves a good purpose.
Able to solo cap quite a few shrines if approaching smartly (Dash is invaluable as an 'afterburner' - make sure it's ready for use when diving in). Looping TOx makes for decent shutdown (my favourite form of self-defence). If Fangs has not ensured the <50%HP req., best get away.
DO NOT DENY THE POWER OF THE CRIPSHOT RANGER IN AB - and consider this build my Sin answer to it.
Credits:
- me
- dear old Emperor Makoto
- HotO's debilitating nerf
EDIT: anything is up for modding, ain't it? Blossom--->Fangs for more spikyness. "RIP UR HEART OUT"

A variant on the currently-popular GvG WoR runner. Group with a Wounding Strike derv and shrines blow up rather quickly.
[skill]Caretaker's charge[/skill][skill]ancestors' rage[/skill][skill]splinter weapon[/skill][skill]weapon of warding[/skill][skill]wielder's boon[/skill][skill]protective was kaolai[/skill][skill]soothing memories[/skill][skill]pious haste[/skill]
Channeling: 12+1+1
Restoration: 12+2
Spawning Power: 3+1
Edit: If your group all brings decent self-healing and avoids mobs, this toon can often provide all the extra healing you need. Alternatively, you can group with two heavy-offense characters and a monk. If grouped with a monk, you can drop Soothing Memories for [skill=text]warmonger's weapon[/skill].

Normally yeah, but I'm running maxed DA. Also I replaced Horns of the Ox for Death Blossom for damage. Typically they run right after Death Blossom when they realize they can't do anything. Which is fine since Impale is a skill and Toxic Shock is a signet.
Besides your typical casters, it works outstanding against dervishes, rits, and necros.

Assasin Trouble.
So I'm not a build-maker. I want to get that across right now. But anyhow, I saw that Assasins were getting a little too comfy in AB, owning everyone they see. I've actually come up with a build that only 1 assasin has been able to beat. Anyhow, here it is:
[skill]Spiteful Spirit[/skill] [skill]Enfeeble[/skill] [skill]Empathy[/skill] [skill]Insidious Parasite[/skill] [skill]Plague Sending[/skill]
[skill]Plague Touch[/skill]
[skill]Backfire[/skill]
[skill]Aneurysm[/skill]
Attributes:
Curses: 12+1+3
Domination:9
Soul Reaping:The rest of the points into this.
An Insightful Curses Staff of Mastery is what I recommend. All you really need is Halves Skill Recharge (20%, of Curses). The inscription should be +5e^50%.
*Note* Only the first 4 or 5 Skills are Mandatory, The others are fillers.
How it works: Basically, as soon as you see a Melee character, Warrior, Assasin, Dervish, Ranger, use enfeeble on him, then use insidious parasite. This will keep you healed. Then put your other hexes on him, Spiteful Spirit and Empathy. Now, some of you are probably going, "He just runs away, don't attack!" Well, the reason this works is because 1)If he runs away, so can you, and 2) Sins have to use there chains! They aren't really staring at their Health, because they have to execute their chains. Because of this, they double strike and attack so quick, they are usually quickly killed. There are flaws, but not many.
Counters: I don't see many, as you can get rid of conditions. Though high damage spikes, and like 3-4 sins have killed me in AB.

Too much energy used for killing one little type of thing. AB is about capping, not killing (or trying to, which this might be able to do) every assassin you see.

Pretty sure you can't have Stat Runes for Curses and Domination.

You can cap both Ranger Shrines and the Warrior Shrines with this. I haven't tried this in PvE yet, because I don't have a good necro (it's a crime, I know) But, it could be useful in PvE against the assasins you fight in certain quests. Just a note: With the massive amounts of death in AB, this is quite energy effective. And remember, it doesn't say it just kills assasins. Warriors and Dervishes have also died, while I used this build. This is more of a build for defending your teammates against Assasin's in AB. With a spike team, you can help defend your eles or spikers.

You could cap those 2 shrines with just
[skill]empathy[/skill][skill]spiteful spirit[/skill][skill]insidious parasite[/skill], and these 3 skills should be enough if you're a Sin hater.
You already run [skill]backfire[/skill], the simple inclusion of [skill]arcane echo[/skill] would grant you a lot of versatility and a better shot at the other 5 shrines as well
If you truly want to be helpful run [skill]rigor mortis[/skill], you run hi-Curses anyway. I'm an A/N, but I've learned to announce this skill - it usually results in a mass slaughtering of the poor Ranger/Assassin/Monk being targeted by it, and my fellow melees love me for it. I run only Curses 2, so they will love you more.
Build. There ya go.

Don't worry...
As for the (well-known) Shattering chain, I prefer Wild Strike and Impale over Golden Fang Strike as it makes for total unblockability. The rest of your skills are pretty generic, the only thing I could suggest is to fix your attributes.
- Dagger Mastery should be at max, meaning (12+1+1) or (11+1+1).
- Critical Strikes should be at either 13 total or 8. Anything over or inbetween has no merit.
- You'd have most use of 8 CritStrikes as it leaves you a bunch of points to spread between Shadow and Deadly Arts.
EDIT: lack of run skill = /PHAIL!

Thanks for the input, and ill surely take your advice on the attributes, although i had a problem with distributing the attributes in the first place like certain skills i prefer to have (self heal/siphon/remedy) having refuge couldnt give me enough points into deadly to warrant impale. so thanks, ill change some around, and change charge with dash probably.

I'd ditch Tiger Stance. You don't have a kill spike, it's mild at best, and will find more pressure use. Critical Eye would serve you better (even with CritStrikes 8 you can act like you have 13 )
Might as well post my Shattering Sin as an example.
A/Mo
CS: 8
DM: 12+1+1
DA: 10+1
Heal: 2 (?)
[skill]assassin's remedy[/skill][skill]golden fox strike[/skill][skill]wild strike[/skill][skill]shattering assault[/skill][skill]impale[/skill][skill]siphon speed[/skill][skill]restful breeze[/skill][skill]dash[/skill]
The chain is completely unblockable this way, and 11 DA makes for a fat juicy Impale and an incredibly long Siphon Speed. Restful doesn't require any investment to be effective and beats Shadow Refuge on any worthwhile front.
Lacks a Shadow Step. Replacing Siphon Speed with Shadow Walk makes for a quick entry, and a quick exit with Dash - and here player preference comes into play. I need a snare.
Good luck.

I don't quite know if it's original, but I just came up with it the other day and it could solo most shrines:
Rt/A
[skill]destructive was glaive[/skill] [skill]spirit rift[/skill] [skill]ancestor's rage[/skill] [skill]dash[/skill] [skill]death's charge[/skill] [skill]heart of shadow[/skill] [skill]caltrops[/skill] Optionalé!
Pump that channeling magic!
I don't even know if those are good assassin skills, but it worked AIIIGHT for me. Just cast spirit rift on a shrine, shadow step, summon the ashes, cast rage, drop the ashes. They are dead! Heart of shadow for a heal, caltrops to cripple foes.
Actually, you could probably take out all of any shadow magic att points and put them into resto so you can play Mr Monk inbetween shrine caps.
EDIT: I dont really know whats wrong with the skill pics, but you get the idea.

Yes, the pretty nice builds are posted here, people copy-paste them and there is a Flavor of the Month symptom. And then, they are nerfed, and archived until an enthusiasitc of the build tries to remake it.
