pretty sure it's one of the best snares available in HA. it's cheap, it's aoe, it's fast casting and fast recharging and requires minimal investment to make it work.

I didnt say almost every team, i said every team. Including balance and spiked etc.
Mayb some exceptions like randomways, Balance teams with water ele, which are barely alive in HA atm.

Most likely izzy will do the following...
Escape... for 100 seconds you have a 100% chance to block incomming attacks and move 250% faster.
Wounding Strike... 1/4 activation... +100 damage...cannot be blocked

only prob with changing the skills to "if an enchant is removed X happens" sway teams will just change out the spike trapper and smoke trapper for a taint and SS/barbs/mop, then it will be like thumpway all over again.

well... It cant get worse coz if that would be better they wouldve already taken those in their build. Besides with these characters theres no room for NR/Tranq. So less spirits for necros etc... And Stripping your own tainted makes your tainter be very busy all the time :P
