The game is 3 years old, it's been about a year since the last serious skill update.
This means that people have had over a year to adjust the build to "perfect". In other words, the builds you find in top 100 PvP ARE in fact perfect builds. The bars are compressed to an insane ammount, yet preserving original pressure and utility. The only thing I foresee happening, is the weapon rit being replaced by something else. An Ele Smiter or something. (Face it, splinter weapon is a joke now |
