im after other peoples ideas on the fastestway to build up adrenaline in say a classic dev hammer build

you will want to spam frenzy on recharge and have no fear. real warriors get the adrenaline from being in the frontlines with -40 armor (effectively) getting Signet of Rage'd.
or you could use a furious spear idk |

Enragnig charge and what JR said. Anything else is a terrible gimmick or bad playing. There was a brief period where mokele saw use, but it fell out not too long ago.
