[Anthem of Weariness][Crippling Anthem][Anthem of Disruption]["Go for the Eyes!"]["Find Their Weakness!"][Sundering Weapon][Pain][Shadowsong]

Maybe pull something out for another spirit spell. You'll also want to use a Zealous Spear quite often. I forsee energy problems.

That build is just full of "fail", and spread status around? You mean conditions?

[barbed spear][stunning strike][disrupting throw][vicious attack][anthem of weariness]["go for the eyes!"][aggressive refrain]

skills to think about are: [anthem of flame][maiming spear][blazing spear] etc.
Basically, what you want to do as a paragon.. is deal big damage while at the same time buffing your team.
Your build is just random buffs.

This is beyond umpy's spirit warrior. At least he had an excuse that if he was snared, he'd just put down a spirit.
