Lameway is the Best Copy-Paste build in TA
I have tried all the "gimmick" builds in TA (Shovespike, Smite/Rampageway, etc) and Lameway (2 RaO Axe Rangers, 1 MR Monk, 1 WoH Monk) is beyond powerful. The only thing that stops it is an extremely skilled Balanced team that has a very good Magebane Ranger. Even then, Lameway is just so resilient and can come back from tough situations. I think this screenshot speaks for itself.

I faced that today (don't TA often), at the start we were in control. One of their monks died and we caught their rez sigs with d-shot but they eventually rezed and after a long fight our single monk couldn't hold up any more.
This build should be nerfed but.. it won't. TA is really filled with crap at the moment and apparently anet couldn't care less.

yes, it's a very powerful built, but how are you gonna nerf it?

Gladiator was never a prestigious title at all anyway. TA has been the home for scummy copy/paste builds for as long as i can remember. It's either you go against a wiki team, or an RA team. Since i don't have the audacity to play the some boring crap, doing wiki vs wiki, for minimal balthazar faction and a useless Gladiator title, i'd rather stick to HA. At least there's just a bit of originality from time to time when it comes to HA.

I don't really think the title is what matters, but TA used to be really fun some time ago; now it's just stupid, filled with that wiki site crap. You can still play good matches against balanced teams, and that alone is enough for me, but how often you find one to play against? Rampage has been toned down a few times and it's still problematic, it's just proves that some skills should have never been introduced in the first place. But it's not the only problem; a lot of constant screw ups have been made accross all these years, the current "meta" is just the response to them (why trying to play other stuff, or develop a build if this one works and kills without any effort). As for the OP, I agree, even with all other lame builds, this is one that seems more destructive than any other. There's no room for a mistake on your side.

Gladiator has been a much more prestigious title than Hero back then, when ppl runned mostly balanced teams and HA was filled by BSpikes and other crappy builds.
And yeah, anet doesn't really care about proper balancing TA (aswell all the other formats) anymore.
