Very welcome news if it's correct...hopefully VoR and Soul Bind are up for consideration as well. I'm not overwhelmed though because even if all the gimmicks are rolled back you're still looking at the same balanced meta, although maybe now without direct damage smites flying all over people will start running shock axe again.
