The two best places for body blocking on Unholy Temples are at the stairs by your relic, and at the bridge. You should do your best to body block the runner throughout their whole run, but those two points are easiest to make good use of, partly because the path through both is completely covered by a well placed Ward Against Foes.
About Priest Annihilation maps:
A lot of bad teams make the mistake of pushing for the priest at the wrong time. There's no point in killing the priest before you've killed anybody on the other team, when nobody is dead on the other team, and right after the other team has rezzed. A lot of bad teams rush for the priest right at the beginning, which forces them to come right up into the enemy team and give up a positional advantage, which is wasted if they don't kill the priest. Other teams push right before a two minute rez point, despite that they haven't killed anyone. Again, you gain nothing from this, other than taking pressure off of the other team and putting yourself at a positional disadvantage. If you're losing, then you should focus on protecting your own priest and not getting time-killed, which can easily happen if your healers rez at the other side of the map.
That being said, the priest CAN be a wonderful boon to a team that is losing the match. If you fall back to the priest at the right time and manage to keep him alive, you can turn an almost full team wipe into a win when you rez with full health and energy and the other team has rushed into a choke point to try and kill you. This is especially true on Burial Mounds, where the two priests are separated from each other by three choke points (the two doors, and the hill in between). If a team pushes hard to force you back into the priest's room, but fails to kill the priest, they should be low on energy and stuck in a choke point, which you can easily take advantage of.
