- Changed the ctrl-click text for the PvP buff from "I am under the effects of PvP!" to "This is PvP!"

They had to change it because too many PvE tards thought "the effects of PvP" was another overpowered effect in PvE, only to be disappointed.

Well I dont play pve but now I expected some OP effect after the update.
