So. We lost to KeYs just now. To be met with this.

Screen removed, no names in picture (whisper tab)

Hell, when me and a few friends beat GANK and eF we were congratulated and wished good luck. I expected the same from KeYs especially as we lost this time.

Just thought i'd put it out there.

I've played in HA with Keys several times and from my experience they really are more unsportsmanlike compared to other high-end Guilds.

IMHO one person SHOULD be representative of their entire Guild because the Guild shouldn't have that person playing for their team if they're like that. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. In other words, a Guild is only as reputable as it's biggest idiot.

sorry to say but this guy hit the nail right on the head. it's juuuuust a game, stop being so sensitive, you'll have more fun. and just because a guild won halls a few times at one point in time doesn't automatically turn them into mature people with manners. most HAe.... most GUILD WARS player are just angry children anyways.

Not talking about good players or winning or losing, talking about people being idiots. You shouldn't curse someone off for no reason just because you beat them, you might think differently but IMO Guild Wars isn't really as fun when you're playing with a bunch of pissed-off virgins who have to prove their dominance in a computer game by trash-talking whoever lost the match.

it isn't about being sensitive or not it's about the thought of it all. just because people complain about stuff doesn't mean it deeply affects them, but this type of behavior does cause other types of people to legitly quit the game, which from HA's whole 2 districts most of the day, probably isn't a good thing.

You know some of the players of the game are dead inside when threads like this are ignored.

Ok assuming the screenshot is accurate and what happened happened.

ban the person for their actions at least 72 hour ban and if its happened before then a perm ban.
Also unless the guild chucks that person out then the guild isn't able to take part in any gw pvp events.

I will obviously be accused of overreacting and taking a game too seriously, ok I can live with that as a label.
Im a pretty easy going person as a rule and don't often use a sledgehammer to crack nuts but its about time something is done.

Time to come down really heavy of some of the players, people running bots and making fortunes or duping items dont annoy me anywhere near as much as those who spam the airwaves on a daily basis.

Its all about calling a halt to the general degradation of an otherwise enjoyable game, even if you ignore such things and say its no big deal you cannot tell me you wouldnt rather it didn't happen.

Well you see the problem right now is the playerbase has dwindled so much, that all that's left is baddies calling each other newbs, then gettin pissed about it.
