Wrong. The best monks have already said their excuses before they fail.

Always add: "And I'm lagging" at the end of any set of excuses, so for example: "Diversioned, shamed, galed, blacked-out, pblocked... and I'm lagging." This is a sure-fire way to make everyone think you aren't as bad as you are, and thus blame other people.

I'm actually a girl. When you hear me talking as a guy on vent, it's actually my friend when he's over. He loves being able to talk on vent. That's why I'm such a terrible monk

where do i sign up?
and a good monk knows exactly wut the enemy offensive line is doing and going to be doing, and is able to react/plan accordingly
the more information u can read and hold at one time, the better
ideally, u shouldnt -need- to be told wut key conditions and hexes to be removed, who to prot, etc
u should already kno it
of course, a person can only obtain so much information at a time
thats y, communication helps

What defines a good monk is a monk who has rank 15.
Right?

I tend to disagree with you there on two accounts
A. Player could of bought there account
B. A rank 15 Monk can be very good at PvP, But! not very good at PvE..
You see its not how many titles or rank you have got that doesnt define a good monk...
A good Monk is calm and collective and knows what he / she has to define while playing... I guess cause there is a hype out at this present time with to regards to Rank 15 everyone is so worked up saying r15 FTW but I tell you being ranked doesnt mean he or she is a good Monk...
Have fun posting
