Best Split Build
Was thinking of making a split(4/4 mostly) team build, anyone has some suggestions? - seen some of the virulence sin and mesmer, any other options saw Horrus of Darkness's build but didnt really like it and they lost hard vs balance so probs not their builD^^

There is no such thing as a "best" split build. It largely depends on what your players are able to run and what is commonly encountered in the meta.
Things to keep in mind is that you should spread both offense and defense over multiple characters in every 4-man team, and bring a lot of diversity to minimize the chance to run into a team that has an answer to everything you do.
Take a look at one of Noob Gladiator's builds : http://www.teamquitter.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=8797
They played a pretty 4-4 orientated game and while the build is a bit outdated it does show what i'm trying to say : both teams have both physical and spell offense, a monk that's made to survive alone aided by off-monk defense and overall a nice diversity of skills that can be used as offense and defense (wail of doom for example can be used to disable enemy monks on spikes, or tone down a spike from an enemy warrior).
Just try stuff, use your head.

For serious. Split eles are the strongest split template. The rest is communication.

The only map in the current rotation that you can even split on is Wurms and possibly Meditation.
Something like vE build (1 warrior 1 ranger 3 monks and 3 more or less selfsufficient casters) seems to be the most effective 'split' build atm, it's more of a 'do-more-damage-to-the-other-team's-guild-lord-over-28-minutes-while-it's-impossible-for-you-to-die-build' though.
