You see, my opinion is that heroes don't need any nerfs/fixes. If team build packs lots of interrupts, they are supposed to interrupt stuff, no? Same for anti-melee weapons.
If they make them ignore 1/4 second casts (like many "anti-hero" people proposed), heroes' miss rate will decrease to around 10%, making them even more efficient.
And no, people who don't want to see them in PvP just QQ louder. Always worked like this and always will. Remove them and you'll see a major QQ spike from people who want to keep them.

I don't think heroes should be removed entirely from PvP, but they should be limited. Except for hero battles, a PvP team should be at least 50% actual players!

Why do you post?
The OP made the thread to speculate what skills people think will be changed not so you could come in and slam your e-peen on the table.

I'm seriously surprised people don't abuse MoI way more than they do. But yeah it probably isn't getting nerfed among many other things that should be fixed but won't (rend)
As long as rawr is winning monthlies the game is balanced, right?

Becuse it rapes all other hex/condition removals in the game? 1/4 cast, 7 recharge, basicly cleans your target and 5-6 seconds of active prot?
overpowered for shure.

only if you nerf every hex overload build at the same time. otherwise, PnH is needed purely as a deterrent. an overpowered counter to a overpowered build.

whoever voted for palm strike nerf and new stupid tonic just won the bet
it is good to see a palm strike nerf, it will reduce the overly large of sintards rushing in and playing with their foreheads, but expect yet many assassins to still be on low pvp and a reduce in the number of meta pvp.

Initially it appears a nerf, but now palm strike bypasses spirit bond. It is effectively a buff against good teams.

Another example of izzy identifying a problematic skill but failing to see the problematic part in it. The problem with PS wasn't the cripple. The problem with PS wasn't the damage. The problem with PS was, and still is, being a touch skill that counts as an off hand with a 4 second recharge, allowing duals on demand.

izzy will never nerf palm strike unless it single-handedly destroys what's left of GW's competitive balance (which fortunately, it won't).
if rumors were true, izzy originally proposed the new palm strike to have a 2 second recharge. with this in mind, it should be obvious that he won't touch the recharge unless he absolutely must.

Palm strike nerf annoys me.
Call me stupid but I wanted it to be one of those "hits a moving foe" cripples T_T.

That was without the cripple, as far as I know the cripple addition came as a surprise to most people.
